What a great place to buy a car! We found a listing on auto trader and drove a little over an hour to LUV to check it out. All of the staff we met were professional, efficient and friendly. The SUV was exactly as advertised and well priced. The offices were clean, calm and inviting. We ended up test driving, trading in, and purchasing in 3.5 hours!!! They made everything very easy for us. It was such a good experience. We’ll definitely contact them first when we’re ready to buy another car!
Great experience. Jorge really made the entire deal go quick and assisted in achieving a reasonable price for my vehicle. I came on different days to see the same car and no pressure for purchase on their end. And speaks Spanish!!! Would definitely recommend this dealership.
My husband and I just bought a vehicle here and I must say it was a wonderful experience! We saw a vehicle online we wanted to see and they stayed open past normal business hours to accommodate us. Jorge was our salesman and he was extremely kind and friendly, had the vehicle we picked out ready and waiting for us to test drive as soon as we arrived. The vehicle was everything we were looking for - great quality, affordable, and exactly what we needed for our family. It looked exactly like the pictures showed. The owner Sunny, was more than accommodating to our needs and provided some of the best customer service we have ever had. We have had some bad experiences with used car dealers in the past but this place exceeded our expectations and then some! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy before, during, and after the sale was made. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle and we will definitely use them in the future!
Awesome buying experience. Juan was my salesman and he went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Easy financing, military friendly, great customer service from the entire staff! Coordinated transportation from Fayetteville to the dealership for me and gave me what I wanted on my trade in! 10/10 would recommend and looking forward to buying again soon!
