Found the truck I had been searching for and at a Great price and quality. Everyone I have spoken to here have been amazing! The owners willingness to help when I have an issue is awesome! So far so good!!
DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE YOU WILL BE disappointed & out of your $ ! They buy these cars from auction's and they half fix them! family member of mines purchased a car and didn’t even have it 3 months before they tell her the motor is no good! Which they knew already ! Then says it will cost 500$ to just look at it! As if people have money to just throw away! Didn’t offer another vehicle or anything! Just simply wanted more $! Save yourself and look past them!
I'm very disappointed in the purchase I recently made at the burlington nc location. I bought an 07 ram two days ago and spent way over what I wanted to for a vehicle. Before driving off the lot, I had to buy a new battery. $150. Taxes, tags, title $300. Then Driving it off the lot it had absolutely NO gas in it. $50. Ive spent well over $1k since, trying to keep it running. New starter, new ignition cylinder, new ignition switch, having to have a locksmith fit new keys to ignition n doors. Broken tail lights. Interior was trashed. I regret the purchase...but it's done now n all I can do is repair repair repair. Still needs new tires. Air in the tires was low. The only positive I can say is the guy was friendly (ernesto) and knows how to sell. I wouldn't recommend unless ur a mechanic and can make sure everything is in decent shape b4 driving off the lot. Lesson learned.
I drove down 1 hour to drive a truck they had.... It wont ready .. He said come back tommorow, so the next day i called , he saud it was ready.. So i went down again and he saud its not ready yet.. Dont trust theses ppl anyway when i was there a lady brung her car back so they could fix it
I got a vehicle from this place and I was almost close to paying it off and they sold the contract to a finance company which ran my credit and dropped it even more now I cant even get finance for a house thanks to these guys would not recommend this dealer to no one
