Carvana Greensboro

This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! Checkout was seamless on the website, the trade in went perfectly and the final approval process was fantastic. Once we got to the dealership the final signings were quick and easy. I test drove it and then we were done in 10 minutes! Ayana was wonderful and friendly!

There was absolutely no need to waste time comparing other options. Aside from the travel time for drop-off, the actual transaction was completed in just 10 minutes. The process was transparent with no hidden fees or complicated procedures. I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!

I`d looked for about two months for this exact truck that I found at Carvana and they had it for $2,500 less than anyone else that had one like this one and the best part was they didn`t have all the juke fees that the other dealerships had marked there up, the process was fairly simple to purchase it, my first time buying a vehicle over the internet and have it delivered to a close by Carvana site. Had to wait a week from buying it till I was able to pick it up, when I went to pick it up, it wasn`t as clean as I thought it should had been, so the first thing I done that day was clean it up like I want my vehicles to look, they gave me a rough time about getting the correct insurance document before I could proceed to finalize the deal, even though I was paying cash for it, that had never happen to me in the past car buying process before. Other than that I was pretty happy about buying from Carvana so far, I am still waiting to receive my permanent license plate for the truck at this time. The truck was in the exact condition that they advertised it to be, just wish that you were able to see a walk around video of the vehicle on the listing, they say that`s what the 360' picture is all about. I have put about 100 miles on it in this first week of owning it and it`s a very nice 2022 Ford F-150 King Ranch package truck that I am proud to drive it. It`s nice to have a 7 day back out period to return it, but I wasn`t planning on returning it anyway, I normally keep my truck for at least 10 years, so time will see how it holds up. The only reason I didn`t give 5 stars was the dirty truck at pick up and the insurance hassle when buying it. When the time comes again to buy another vehicle, I will definitely give Carvana a look at.

I'll preface this by saying the customer service both in person at the Greensboro facility and online/on the phone was fine, and yes the buying process is easy. Going through the return process was also easy, and I incurred no maintenance costs thanks to the warranty. However: on 5/31/2026 I picked up a 2019 Ruby Red Ford F150 XLT, last 6 of VIN: A50308. Truck did fine during a test drive, signed the paperwork and drove it off the lot. It broke down 4 miles later. The truck spent 4 days at a repair shop, where they replaced the fuel pump and fuel pump control module. The same day it was picked up from the shop, it broke down again. I immediately initiated the return process. The truck had extensive wiring harness issues that could not be pinpointed by even a Ford dealership's service department. Also, the truck was sold with severely worn tires and rear brakes. As of 6/17/2026, the truck is back to being listed for sale on Carvana. I'm only writing this review in the slim chance someone considering purchasing this truck knows to beware of an issue that may or may not be fixed. I'm out hundreds of dollars paying for a rental car while I go through the process of canceling my self-financed loan for the truck and starting all over again, and I don't want the next buyer to get screwed like I was.
