I bought my Lexus in 2016 from Lil Rob and I still get my car worked on there oil changes brakes such. My car had 49000 on it it was a 2008. Best car I have ever had and I’ve had Acuras 3 to be exact one brand new. My car still drives like a brand new car. They have always been honest with me and my colleagues have also bought their cars trucks from him some 2007. The guys in the back who work on the cars are amazing. Idk I can’t say Anything bad about them at all they are awesome! My next car I want I’m gonna go back and get them to look for me one. lol And it will be a Lexus too

Wonderful buying experience! Purchased a F-150 recently and the process was super easy. Lil Rob was awesome to deal with. Very down to earth dealership. Made the stress of buying a first truck for my soon to be 16 y/o very easy and actually enjoyable! The truck wasn’t on lot with the camper shell it came with but after purchase, the owner threw it in with the truck! Exactly what he needed! Truck wasn’t over priced and actually a lot cheaper than many trucks of same quality in the area! Will definitely consider First Quality Auto for our next purchase!

I purchased a car online from these folks about a month ago because it was exactly what I was looking for and the diesel versions are hard to find. Price was fair and car was in excellent condition and low miles. We flew out from Wisconsin to pick it up and drive it back. Lil Roy and Mark the owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Great communication and multiple extra photos sent by text even of the car underside and old titles. They offered a full refund if car did not meet expectations. The car met expectations. They had the car ready with a fresh oil change the morning of pick up. They even offerred to buy us lunch! All paperwork was provided for easy title and registration in WI. These folks are honest, have cars in great condition, and really care that you are a happy buyer. I would not hesitate to buy from them again - overall a great expereince.

Lil Rob was the best car salesman I ever dealt with! He was kind, compassionate, and did not pressure me at all into finding the right car for me & my family! If there were a 6th star, I’d give him one!

Thai was a few months back but just wanted to let people be aware. Bought a car from this place and I test drove it with no issues. Two days after buying the transmission gives out and was pretty much told tough luck you tested it so it was fine. Car to the day is still giving issues in the process of getting rid of it right now.
