A Plus Autoz

You hear so many bad things about used car dealerships, so I really did my research before I went to A Plus Autoz. Everyone I encountered there was very pleasant. I took my time, asked lots of questions. I ended up purchasing a Toyota RAV4 that was in very good condition. I never felt pressured, but was regarded with respect and genuineness. I worked specifically with Jessica and she was great - good communication, easy to work with, and she went above and beyond to address and remedy the one concern I had. I would not hesitate to recommend A Plus Autoz.

We never felt pressured and he really took the time to make sure we were happy with our purchase. A perfect experience from beginning to end! This is the most well run and honest business that I have encountered in many years, and that’s saying a lot in the used car business. Ali and his staff were knowledgeable, forthright, and fair in all of their dealings with me. Five months ago, I bought a car on behalf of my son who lives in Boone, and the process was flawless. I had a pre-inspection done at a dealership, took it back to A Plus Autoz and was treated very fairly regarding anything that the dealership found. The listing price of the car I bought was good to begin with, and knowing how well it was serviced by A Plus Autoz before I drove it off the lot was invaluable. I will not go anywhere else in the future. No regrets!

Tony was absolutely great to work with! He was patient, helpful, and took the time to explain everything throughout the process. Beware of this janky car lot. They sell lemons that they received at auctions and try to conceal and patch up damages without actually fixing them. I was sold a corroded SUV with very bad rust damage from sitting in water. The car was so terrible no mechanic wanted to risk fixing the car and pointed out the concealed damages A PLUS AUTOZ was trying to hide. I just got the car in May, it is now July. They gave me the run around about fixing or trading the car in. I have been going back and forth to A plus auto to fix the damages to which I do not truly believe was fixed or handled. I have been told the car is unsafe and told to seek legal advice/assistance. Honestly I would not trust another car from here and will take my chance elsewhere. If you are a woman PLEASE TAKE A MECHANIC or MAN. They tend to get over on women because they believe we do not have much knowledge about certain cars. I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO TAKE TO MECHANIC WITHIN YOUR FIRST WEEK OF GETTING YOUR CAR. I understand it may be a bit expensive but just go to the actual dealership of the car you want. For example if you want a Toyota go to Toyota. If you want a Honda go to Honda.
