When I came here for the first time months ago a previous person was assigned, Joel was assigned to me recently and he has been knowledgeable, kind and helpful. As a matter a fact everyone here that I have personally encountered has been kind, willing to help and knowledgeable. This is what you want out of the place you purchase your car. Back here again for my 2017 Hyundai part replacement at 9am. A Representative texted me yesterday to stop by and check out the possibility of trading in my car. Once seated in the waiting area of repairs, I decided to call sales department and spoke with the manager Ms. Green who was so very kind and empathetic. She came with (Superman) Kent who I met for the first time who handled the business and negotiations for me. They both were there to help the process go as it should for me as a senior veteran. Kent went above and beyond to help me get the car and monthly payment I wanted. It took a lot of going back and forth on Kent's end, but finally I walked away with the vehicle I was comfortable with and payment as well. Kent explained all questions asked and showed me specifics of the vehicle. I went from a sedan to a 2026 SUV. Finance was not as tedious as my previous purchases, he was informative and helpful. I had homework that I completed (Insurance to new vehicle) before I left. Once done there, Kent put my tags on the SUV, placed my items from the other vehicle into the new one, gave me a business card with his personal cellphone number, then off I went! Kent made this process simple so I could understand and come out on top.

Although a review was already posted once under my mother’s name, I wanted to write again myself as her daughter to sincerely express our gratitude. Originally, I needed to bring my car in for an additional inspection, but because I was extremely busy with school, my mother went instead. She was already under a lot of stress at the time, and she told me how fortunate she felt to meet Gary, the service advisor. My mother is a middle-aged customer who does not know much about cars, yet Gary took the time to answer even her smallest questions with patience and kindness, never making her feel uncomfortable or rushed. Because of this, she said it was the first time she truly felt at ease leaving her car in someone’s care, and she was very satisfied with the inspection. After the service, there was a small issue during the car wash and interior cleaning because the items inside the car were not returned to their original places. However, Gary did not overlook this and instead personally checked into it and explained everything to her in detail. What could have become a stressful experience instead turned into something reassuring and comforting for her. When she came home, my mother said, “If there were more staff members like Gary, trusting a service center with your car would be so much easier and less stressful.” Through this experience, our family’s image of the Hyundai service center has changed greatly for the better. We realized how meaningful it is to meet someone who truly listens, empathizes, and treats customers with genuine care, especially in situations that can easily become stressful. We sincerely thank Gary for his warm and dedicated customer service. Because of people like him, we feel confident returning to this service center again. Thank you so very much, Gary.

We had such a great experience! PJ was our salesman and he was amazing — super upbeat, positive, and genuinely kind. I usually hate being stuck at dealerships for hours, but he completely understood that and helped make everything feel quick, smooth, and actually pleasant. Sebastian was also great with our trades. He was direct, didn’t play the usual back-and-forth dealership game, and came back with numbers we felt comfortable with very quickly. The car has been amazing for me and my family, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. Huge shoutout to PJ for being so nice and making the whole experience so much better!

Bryce, Taivia, Sebastian, and John were all absolutely incredible. From sales to customer service to finance all were an actual joy. Usually you hold all these pretense notions of dealerships but Lee Hyundai is like no other. I actually just bought a car somewhere else, had a TERRIBLE experience and ended up coming here traded in and got a brand new car. They were helpful, reasonable, efficient and just pleasant to chat with. Never felt pressured or felt like they were trying to get over on me.
