The experience I had here from beginning to end was super pleasant. They looked for the exact car I wanted. James Odonoghue helped me so much and was very patient with me. The process was extremely fast, and even my daughter grew attached to him. His care and service are 100% recommended. Jonathan also helped me find the car of my dreams. Both of them are excellent at what they do and provide tremendous service. I loved the experience. If you are going to buy a car, go and ask for James or Jonathan.

Prince and Brandon were amazing helping me with my first car purchase and happily worked with me to get me in a new vehicle. They answered questions, held patience while I changed my mind on different cars and made the overall experience easy. Jasmine was so patient during the finance process and made everything stress free. I would recommend this team to anyone!

Spent an entire afternoon into the night for my wife to purchase a $90,000 Volvo EV. Spent the following night trying to charge it at our home level 2 charging station (Installed by certified electrician and was used to charge previous EV). Finally on Sunday took it to electrify at target to have it only charge a few miles before locking out and having electrify charge us for idle time because we couldn’t remove the charger. Once we were able to reset the car, the thing wouldn’t drive. Had to have them tow it back to the service department. Waited hours for a loaner. Every loaner they brought up were certified pre owned on the lot, all were disgusting and had major defects like cracked windshield or pubic hair. One even had clearly illegal tent. Ended up spending $20 for an uber. Spent the entire day on Monday waiting for update and for a loaner. Had to call 15 times just to get any information. Even though they swear they resolved all recalls, NHTSA reports an open recall. Very displeased regarding the entire situation, the lack of coordination between the service teams, sales, and management is very concerning for a place that has four dealerships. Once the service manager reached out and found out the full story, he did try to duplicate the issues to ensure everything was fixed. The finance manager was also a great experience. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Go by a Chevy from Reed or Mazda across the street if you in the market. They do not build lasting relationships here. Almost forgot, they didn’t even have the car detailed when she purchased it. Coffee stain on driver seat.

Beyond disappointed. We drove over 2 hours up to Fayetteville last Thursday to buy my wife a car. She had been trying to get the deal squared away before making the drive and that in itself was like pulling teeth. I had to call up there ontop of her to get anyone to get their act together. We arrived Thursday morning as planned and clearly communicated, with our one year old daughter and rain. They didn’t have anything ready, car wasnt ready (despite us setting up an appointment and putting down a deposit). Prior to test driving we were told one key was missing and that it would only cost a few hundred (well then why didnt ya’ll when the cars been on your lot for 2 minths?!?!?) Our local dealer wants $600!! That was just the beginning. While looking the car over between rain showers and taking care of our one year old, we found missing bolts/pins in the front inner fender, paint overspray on the rear bumper, trim, inner fender, and exhaust (like it had neen painted in a parking lot, not taped and masked off like a real autobody shop). It took forever to get out of there. I had to leave early with our daughter. When my wife went to leave, she got ten minutes away and a service tire pressure monitoring attendant message came on. She drove back to the dealership. Upon getting it home we started finding more and more. One fender emblem is broken, fender marker emblem cracked, side molding on the door broken, bumper is chipped under their overspray, exhaust is dented, rear taillight is damaged. Clearly the vehicle had been damaged and repaired but none of that was devulged to us. Then today on mothers day, we take the car out and the inner cap of the door panel is missing, and the service tpms message came up again! All these repairs will cost a few grand to fix. I would stay clear of these folks. They had plenty of time to fix any issues on the car, and the best part: this is hands down the most I have ever spent on a car!!! I expect much better for what we paid.

I had a terrible experience with Fayetteville Auto Mall and would not recommend them to anyone. I purchased a vehicle, only to find out the financing was never properly completed. I was given a car I couldn’t even register, and it had multiple mechanical issues from the start. After weeks of back-and-forth and being told everything would be handled, I drove nearly 4 hours (twice) and missed two days of work trying to resolve this. I was later informed that there were internal issues with how my paperwork was handled, which contributed to this situation. Despite that, the dealership refused to take accountability. Instead of fixing their mistake, they delayed, avoided communication, and ultimately refused to return my $3,500 down payment. They blamed me for issues that were clearly not within my control and even attempted to charge me for repairs on problems the vehicle already had when I received it. Due to how this situation has been handled, I am in the process of filing complaints with the NC DMV Dealer License & Theft Bureau and the Attorney General’s office. This dealership wasted my time, cost me money, and handled the situation unprofessionally from beginning to end. Be very careful doing business here.
