Jovan’s Auto Sales made the experience and process of purchasing a vehicle easy and effortless, but more importantly Jovan and his beautiful bevy of polite, courteous and sometimes humorous beauties made the possibility of vehicle ownership a reality. I helped my son get a car from these people and they neglected to let us know we had a deferred down payment. Now they are withholding his tags until he pays over $500. This should have been communicated with us and it was not. My son is a 22 year old that is trying his best in life. In good faith they should have made that known! They should have made it clear. Here I was thinking they were these wonderful people who cared but nope just another shady car salesman. Now my son has to ride with expired tags until we come up with this money. I got hung up on twice when just asking questions. They made our experience terrible and I’ll be trying to hurry up trade this car to get out of this deal. AND the A/C doesn’t work and the car is leaking oil on top everything else.

This place leaves a bad taste in my mouth!! My husband went there to get a car that he was told he was approved for before making the trip to the dealership. The salesman ran MY credit without me even being there. I get all these notifications that my credit was checked by several different banks. My husband provided them with my SSN, but the dealership shouldn't have ran my SSN without my consent!!!! This behavior is very unethical and unprofessional. I am beyond livid!! This is FRAUD!!
