We have had a wonderful experience with Hazzi Auto Sales. We bought our son a Lexus IS250 Last year and the car has had no issues. My son loves it. Our purchasing experience was great! Very relaxed, no pressure and we could tell they were genuinely trying to help us find the car that fit our son best. All of the staff were so kind and top notch when it came to customer service. We highly recommend Hazzi to anyone looking for a reliable place with great service.

We had a wonderful experience with Hazzi Auto Sales! My daughter found the color and style Ford Fusion she was looking for and we went for a test drive. They made sure we were comfortable and happy with everything the entire process. They even went to the store and bought us drinks as a courtesy! Hazzi will go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy and rolling out in a vehicle they love even if they are working after hours to do so. Very friendly, courteous, and just great people! I definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for a nice car for a great price with no annoying sales person on your back. While hazzi and his team are extremely wonderful people and a joy to be around, the blue 2013 Chevy equinox they sold me in December of 2024 had been giving me problems since the day I bought it. I was told the car was in perfect condition with a clean title except a side flap allowed you to hear all of outside as you drove. That was a complete lie. The first week I had the car it shut off with the keys stuck in the ignition because the battery inside the car wasn’t meant for it. Within the first 2 weeks to maybe a month I was taking it back because it had the shakes. I was told the car had no oil in it but when they checked it upon purchase I was told the oil was good and no oil change was needed. This problem persists the entire time I had the car. When I’d take the car to be “fix”, Hazzi would simply add oil and instruct me to keep oil inside the car. No attempts to find the problem, no attempts to fix but he did offer to have me pay him to buy me oil monthly. The car drove until about July 2025 with little to no issues then it began cutting off in traffic at lights and stop signs. By October I was running red lights to prevent myself from potentially causing an accident and by November the car was a total loss, unable to drive. I attempted to work with them again attempting to use the equinox as a trade with potential down payment again but Hazzi refused saying they don’t do trades but told me he’d be willing to take a $2000 down payment to get me into something else. Hazzi waived my last 2 payments totaling in $430 and offered to have his mechanic come out see if he could fix my car, the day he offered was the last I heard anything about that. Between me asking him to mail my title and me offering to pick it up it took about 3 months for him to actually give me the title being I just got it from them a few days ago. 10/10 on the hospitality, 2/10 on the cars and their service.
