Specifically I will ask for Mrs. Angela, she doesn't pressure you, she doesn't rush you, she doesn't insist on putting you in transportation that she wants you to have, she insists on getting you into transportation you are looking for. Her entire team went above and beyond for me and my family.

Just purchased a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder from Enterprise car sales, highly recommend Mr Elgin Davis to anyone looking to purchase a nice vehicle. He made our experience quick and easy. We truly had a great time and enjoyed our experience purchasing our new vehicle. Mr Davis and the rest of the team members are friendly and a delight to work with.

When I stepped out of my car, I was immediately greeted with a warm smile by an agent named Anthony. He assisted me right away with everything I needed for my car purchase. Even though I’m not very confident speaking English, he never hesitated to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. He was very diligent in communicating with my financer, following up, and sending all the required documents. Thanks to his efficiency and professionalism, I was able to get my car in just two hours. Highly recommended!

I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from the Enterprise Car Sales location on Raeford Road in Fayetteville, NC. My experience has been extremely disappointing. The sales team has been unprofessional, lacked communication throughout the process, and has been rude whenever I have tried to get assistance. Once the sale was completed, it felt like customer service no longer mattered. The vehicle I purchased has developed serious engine problems, and despite the vehicle still being under warranty, I have struggled to get the assistance I expected. While my vehicle has been out of service, I have continued making my monthly car payments and have also had to spend additional money on rental vehicles, creating a significant financial burden. Instead of working toward a fair resolution, I have been met with poor communication and a lack of accountability. As a customer, I expected Enterprise to stand behind the vehicles they sell and provide better support when major mechanical issues arise. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location. I encourage anyone considering buying a car here to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, review all warranty terms carefully, and do their research before making a purchase. I hope Enterprise takes customer concerns more seriously and improves the way they handle post-sale issues. If I had the option to give 0 starts. . . I would!

This location is extremely poorly managed, and the issue here is clearly management, not the staff. I arrived two minutes before closing on Saturday. I had called ahead to let them know I might be late, yet I still arrived before their posted closing time. Despite this, the manager (a woman — I did not get her name) refused to proceed, with no explanation, no flexibility, and no attempt to resolve the situation. Because this location is closed on Sundays, her decision caused a two-day delay, which seriously disrupted my schedule and may even cause me to miss important personal plans, including Christmas with my family. That level of rigidity and poor judgment is unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that when I returned on Monday, the process was completed in under two minutes, including their inspection. That clearly shows the delay was completely unnecessary. To be very clear: this review applies only to the manager. The rest of the staff was polite and professional. Special respect to the Black gentleman who handed me the keys on Monday — he was efficient, respectful, and pleasant to deal with. This location has good employees, but the management creates problems instead of solving them. If you deal with this place, be prepared for unnecessary delays caused by poor decisions at the top.
