I wish it were possible to leave NO stars! This is my first time ever financing a vehicle. Two weeks after I got the 2017 Chevy Trax, I took it to the precision auto across the street, because I was having issues with the tires, they told me I had a nail in my tire that’s been in there WELL over the time BEFORE Campbells financed it to me! I’ve had that car for MONTHS now, and they call me and tell me they can neither sell the car no finance the car that I had to pay for it outright $12K, but then I get a text message from my Bestfriend today (06/06/2023) and she told me that they have my car back on the lot! They told me I could come and get my items out of the vehicle, and that I could bring them their tires because I just put 4 brand new tires on that vehicle before they came to take it! I am LIVID!! Please if this is your first time financing a vehicle, SHOP AROUND!!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND JUST NOT BE HELPFUL AT ALL! Plus their interest rate is RIDICULOUS!

The owner Chris pick and chooses who vehicles he wants to repossess. He charged me $200 repossessions fee and never got my car. He repo company harassed my cellphone and job literally. Even after the reinstatement fee for my insurance he still try to take my vehicle. He’s very unprofessional and unorganized. I asked could I see documentation that his tow company came to my job. No documentation stated he didn’t have to show me.
