We worked with AJ and I can speak highly enough about our experience! He was so honest, straightforward, helpful and everything was done and was seamless! This was a complicated transaction with multiple people and states involved and was also a surprise complicating matters further. I was able to count on AJ for everything. My experience with this dealership was excellent. The customer service and purchase of vehicle was smooth, however the really outstanding service came from a slight problem transporting the car home. During the drive home warning lights popped on and the car started to be unresponsive. I called the dealer immediately and he personally had it towed to a shop, looked over, and repaired (it was only a loose battery connection). He even offered a temporary car in case it was an issue that required extended time for repairs. This was not needed however appreciated. The owner followed up after to make sure everything was ok and the car was functioning correctly. I was impressed Dax went the extra mile for my purchase. I would recommend this dealership.

I just bought a car here a few weeks ago. Derrick helped me out and he was great! I don't live in the area and he was able to help me get a PPI, was fast to respond, and answered all my questions!

When I first spoke to Dax, he seemed genuine. Then when AJ sold me the Buick, he also seemed honest at first. He did tell me about the key issue, but I didn’t realize how bad it really was. The car would constantly go into theft mode and not start. There were days I was stuck on the side of the road, and even after getting off work late at night, I’d be alone in the parking lot trying to get the car started while coworkers helped me. I finally went to the Buick dealership and paid $150 for a new key. While I was there, one of the employees asked where I bought the car from. When I said Dax’s Deals, he immediately said, “We know about Dax’s Deals, they shady people.” That honestly shocked me. Then about a week later, I noticed my car leaking. I took it to multiple mechanic shops trying to figure out the issue. Come to find out, the transmission had problems that looked like someone already knew about them because there was putty used as a quick fix. Multiple mechanics told me it looked patched up temporarily just to sell the car. I reached out to Dax’s Deals several times. I called, left voicemails, and tried contacting them about both the key issue and the transmission issue. I never got one return phone call. Nothing. Yes, the car was sold “as is,” but at the very least they could’ve called me back, tried to help, recommended someone to fix it, or worked something out. I honestly wasn’t even trying to leave a bad review. I held off for a long time because I kept hoping they would do the right thing and at least communicate with me. This has been going on since 2024, and they still have never returned my calls. That’s what really disappointed me the most. I truly thought they were genuine and different, but sadly that wasn’t my experience at all. I even brought a transmission that’s been in my garage since 2024 cause I got it shipped here I can’t lift it to take it no where. All I want is them to do the right thing if they do I’ll remove my review tell people how a bad situation became a great one don’t get me wrong I know mistakes happen it’s after a mistake are you willing to fix it I blame AJ for not following up making things right.

I was searching for a car that was within my budget and found a 2020 Chevy Malibu that was listed. I inquired about it and drove up to test drive it and purchase it. Upon test driving it, the car was a smooth drive but the only issue I found was the TPMS sensor light was on and it had a little trouble shifting. I had mentioned it to the dealer after my test drive and he just said that the car had been sitting for a minute and it would adjust itself. He also gave me his personal phone number to contact him if I needed further help. I drove it home and fixed the TPMS sensors (not that big of a deal) and then 3 days after I purchased the car, the transmission went out. I had purchased an after market warranty but the warranty company is not wanting to cover anywhere near the amount it takes to replace a transmission so I called them to ask for a solution (helping me with the cost or returning the car) and they were no help. I called the dealership on multiple occasions and even left many voicemails and texts to his personal number but they either hang up on me when I call or they say that they can’t take the car back. They aren’t wanting anything to do with me after I purchased the car and I have even threatened a lawyer. Now I am stuck in payments on a car that I have had for 3 weeks and have only driven for 2 days (not to mention me having to pay $3000 for a new transmission). DO NOT RECOMMEND.
