This dealership is amazing, from their vehicle selection to their sales team. I bought a car a few weeks ago from out of state and never set foot on the dealership. When I initially spoke to the Sales Manager (Ron), I immediately knew I was in good hands. He was knowledgable, resourceful and clearly cared about satisfying my needs. He set me up with the perfect salesman (Tim) and together they found me the vehicle of my dreams - a 2016 Jeep Compass - for an amazing price and had it delivered almost 500 miles away at my home within 24 hrs of purchase. Who knew car shopping could be so convenient? I'd recommend these guys to any and everyone!

A couple weeks ago my step daughter had her first buying experience. Robert Valesquez was amazing with her entire process. He was so polite and so determined to make everything right for us. He worked so hard from beginning to end to make sure she was taken care of. A few days I decided to contact Robert and trade in my vehicle as well. This man was amazing! We live 5 hours away and he drove 2 1/2 hours to meet me in the middle and deliver my vehicle to me. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us both. His honest and helpful demeanor convinced me that i could trust him. I got the impression he really enjoyed helping me find a quality car within my budget. Thanks Robert. I am impressed by the professional efficiency and fast quality of service provided by Robert. Other big brand car dealerships gave me a hard time for over 2 weeks. This dealership, Robert and his manager were able approve me for a reliable vehicle, almost brand new with low mileage in less than 1 hour!! Do not come to this dealership unless you want to waste your time since they do not value customer service and business ethics. We researched online and found a vehicle we liked here and drove from Raleigh to see it in person. The price at first wasn't right for us, so we decided to walk away. A week later, we saw the online price drop, and we were still interested so we reached back out to our sales rep. We came to an agreed number and made a deal. We told the dealership we would come by the next evening to pick up the car and finish the paperwork. Four hours before we planned on picking up the vehicle, we received a text saying someone else put a deposit down on it. This is our first time purchasing a vehicle so we did not know the process, but we would have been happy to put a deposit down if asked. They did not take us seriously as customers probably because we are young and they obviously told the other customer that they had serious buyers lined up since the customer wasn't able to see or pickup the car until a week later. Needless to say, we are very disappointed because we thought we finally found our vehicle and they undercut us and screwed us over. This dealership is the definition of a used car lot and customer service is not a priority for them. I'd rather spend more money on a vehicle than work with them.
