So ride now motors has a Facebook page. I left a comment explaining my concern . Soon as i did i got blocked for telling the truth. So is it true just 500 down payment? I saw the video ad and i said...i wouldn't trust anything on Mint Hill location because last summer 2025 the dude with dreadlocks said they couldn't help me due to my credit and it's history. So unless rules, policies and payment options have changed i would give it a second try....and then boom.. they blocked me. And it shows they were deceptive the whole time.
I recently purchased a 2016 Mazda 6 from Ride Now Motors in April 2026. The vehicle was presented as having minor damage; however, after the purchase, I discovered it had a prior insurance loss exceeding $11,000, which was not clearly explained at the time of sale. Within days of purchase, the vehicle began experiencing multiple system issues, including powertrain, electrical, and parking brake faults. This raised immediate concerns about the reliability and condition of the vehicle. I also encountered challenges with insurance coverage related to the vehicle’s history and did not receive follow-up after raising this concern with management. I have reached out to the dealership and am currently seeking a fair resolution.
