I am very pleased with the offer extended to us when we bought our first car. The sales representative was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We bought our car effortlessly. Of course, all of these wouldn't have been possible without the very friendly, understanding and well mannered manager. In summary, it is a great dealership and would recommend anytime, every time! PS When dealing, feel free to negotiate terms of deal. They are accommodating and understanding. They surely try to give the best offer!

Found this beauty while searching online and went to Automax to check it out. My salesman, Ralph, was very helpful with details and negotiations. He knew plenty about the history of the car and let me ask a lot of questions, which I did. Didn't expect to drive out with a new(ish) vehicle that night but I just couldn't pass this car up after looking for so long. Ralph was friendly, knew his way around the paperwork and had lots of energy. I left knowing I had a good deal and a great car!

If you want a reliable car , I would not go here!! I have had issues everyday with this car I bought back in February and it’s only May ! The owner says things like it’s a “used car” but I’ve bought other used cars and never had any issues and not EVERYDAY! I believe this car was traded in but at the end of the day it’s their job to look over the car before buying it from someone and doing ALL the work before selling ! The radio didn’t work and he gave me $250 off but at this point it’s not worth all the money I’m having to put into this car when I’ve only made 3 If you want a reliable car , I would not go here!! This car has an internal engine problem but they still want you to pay them when my transportation to get the money is giving me problems EVERYDAY ! 3 of my family members purchased cars from them and I’ve been promoting them also, If I lose my job and my car I have nothing and I’m a young mother ! Reading a lot of the reviews and it’s been the exact same ! Fuel pump, catalytic converter and they reply the car is sold as is WE KNOW THAT BUT YOU ARE TELLING PEOPLE THESE CARS HAVE NO ISSUE ! Nobody would buy a car had you told us all the issues , how was the engine light off but the next day it came on after driven more than up the street and around the corner ? Y’all reset these sensors and don’t fix the problem ! Either stop getting messed up cars or fix them and up the price I wouldn’t have mind paying MORE FOR RELIABILITY !

My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing and stressful. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed the engine was knocking and the car was consuming oil at an abnormal rate. I had to add oil roughly every 10 days just to keep it running. When I brought the car back to the dealership, I was told twice that the engine had been replaced with a new one. However, about a week later the exact same engine problem returned, which made it very hard to believe that any real repair or replacement had actually been done. When I tried to resolve the situation again, the dealership refused to properly address the issue or provide a vehicle with a functioning engine.

Honesty is the foundation of lasting relationships and credibility, acting as a "cornerstone of all success". You sell shitty used cars and say "well, it's sold as-is". Horrible mindset and response. You are not an honest person. Is it too much to fix? Why sell used broken cars?
