I had a very bad experience purchasing a 2013 Ford Fusion. Not long after I got the car, the transmission went out, and there were multiple warning lights constantly showing on the dashboard. It was unreliable and clearly had serious issues that should have been addressed before being sold. When I tried to resolve the situation, instead of giving me a refund, the dealership put the same car back on the market and refused to return my money. That alone was very frustrating and unprofessional. They then gave me another vehicle, a 2016 Ford Fusion, but unfortunately, I started having problems again. The check engine light came on, and I was told it was related to the catalytic converter, which is another expensive repair.Overall, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience. I feel like the cars were not properly inspected, and I was stuck dealing with repeated mechanical issues instead of getting a reliable vehicle. I would strongly recommend others be cautious and thoroughly inspect any vehicle before purchasing. I ended up not going back to This place I have been a loyal customer to this company in got treated really bad
