Maguire Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Syracuse

This review is about the people that got me into a truck and not about the vehicle itself. John Burgess and Brian Benford are the two that made it happen. Brian has to be one the best in his field. I was ready to essentially destroy my family suv for work when he managed to pull what I consider an uno reverse card on me. After I had told him I wasn’t going to go forward with the truck he showed me the KBB/NADA value and very politely told me that he wouldn’t bother me if I truly was not interested but wanted me to see that the vehicle in question was booked far far less than it was worth due to some cosmetic issues and the truck had the value to eat the negative equity from my car. All in all he did it wonderfully. This is far from my first experience with a dealership and I am aware of how things can work. John worked synchronously with Brian to sweeten the deal and fix things I found important on the vehicle. They showed me the value of not just choosing them but also the reason to get this truck. And after a long weekend with the truck and 600 miles, I feel pretty good about things. The entire team was friendly, on the day of pickup Brian was helping another individual and I stood around chatting with other associates and it was just an awesome experience. Maguire in my experience has always been friendly and do right by their customers and I’m sure there are those that feel that is not the case. But I had a good experience with the people, I separate them from the product since they are there to show us value in the product they sell, they don’t manufacture the product nor do they personally fix it. Keep this in mind whenever you are looking to get a vehicle or need one repaired. To add to this, this is a business that exists for profit, not the goodness of their hearts. That doesn’t mean they are evil or out to get you, it just means that no matter what’s happening they want to be friendly and respectful but they can’t just hand out goods and services as they got bills to pay like the rest of us. I went to Maguire Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Syracuse with plans of looking at Jeeps. I test drove a couple and even a Bronco not knowing really what I wanted for a mom car. I was pondering the lot when a Durango that was sold caught my eye. Mike the sales guy was amazing!! He was so patient listening to all my concerns and even though the Durango that caught my eye was sold he found me this amazing one on the lot!!! I absolutely LOVE my new mom car and can’t thank Mike enough for all his patience and staying late for me!!! This is the perfect vehicle for our family and hobbies! My husband had 6 months previously also got his new 2500 Ram Diesel from Maguire. They are nothing but the best!! If your looking for friendly service and an awesome new vehicle go see Mike!!

Couldn't be happier with Maguire and my man Mo for going above and beyond to get the truck I wanted for a price I could afford which I know was no easy task. Not only was it difficult for them to track down the truck I wanted they even found one even better for the same price . So thanx to Mo and his manager Jon and thanx to maguire. I recently purchased a 2024 Chevy Blazer at Maguire in Syracuse and Matt Perra was my point of contact. I found the car via cargurus and traced it to Maguire and called to inquire on a Saturday morning and Matt was so easy to work with. I did alot of research prior to my purchase as l was looking for the V6 3.6L engine with low miles. I live an hour and a half away and Matt worked with me all week getting things in order and scheduling a day to bring home my new ride. He answered all of my questions and answered every call.
