Where is Car Nexus located?
949 W Genesee St, Syracuse, NY 13204What do customers say about Car Nexus?
It was absolutely a quick and easy experience dealing with Car Nexus. I was also allowed to take the car to have a pre- purchase inspection. What I like most was they don't try to waste your time or their's. Big thumbs up.
Very polite. I had to knock a star off because the vehicle wasn't ready when it was supposed to be causing us to wait at the dealer most of the day. We want to sign and drive away not hang out all day.
Friendly staff, having some issues with my jeep I purchased. Still waiting for them to call the warranty company so I can have my jeep worked on. Update: from a 1 star to a 3 star. My tire issue should be getting resolved tomorrow. Salesman with the glasses is who I recommend dealing with.
Had a appointment to come look at a for explorer and I got there and the guy told me someone else is coming to put down payment on it and he couldn’t even call me and tell me never go there just horrible
Confirmed ahead of time that I could come see a vehicle and reminded him I was driving 2 hours. He said I was “all set.” I drove the full two hours and showed up to a closed dealership with no one there. Tried contacting him multiple times — never got a response. Complete waste of time and gas. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
