They went above and beyond to ensure quality of truck before purchase. Would highly recommend
Bought my first vehicle from Touch of Class Auto Sales LLC. and I couldn't be more pleased. I drove from Watkins Glen just to go looking for a second truck and instead wound up purchasing one instead. Very professional, easy to talk to and no high pressure sales. Highly recommend you get your next vehicle here....I'll be back.
Very professional and provided me with a reliable vehicle for a pretty good price. Had a minor issue with the battery…owner was responsive and corrected the problem without delay. I highly recommended this business for your next auto purchase😊
We purchased a Truck from this dealer. It was advertised as nothing wrong with it at all. It also recently passed inspection. We paid top market value for that truck with no issues. Unfortunately, when we took it. To our mechanic ( ******* automotive) a t star mechanic. We found out that this vehicle had bad piston rings and many bad suspension parts along with calipers that were shot. Overall , it needed $7,500 worth of repair. The experience dealing with this dealer afterwards was horrible. There was no honesty there was no integrity And there is no Accountabilit Y. The lack of professionalism was extreme. After getting a lawyer he agreed to fix the issue. After all, we did have a 30 day warranty on this vehicle. And this was all found within the first week. We took it to his mechanic and it did not get fixed. He even tried to bill us for the repair. To make a long and horrible story short He proceeded to be dishonest again.I'm going back and forth between fixing it and not fixing it. Not trustworthy. I advise you Don't purchase vehicles from him. In my experience He lies about where they're from and their condition
This guy scammed me out of 9k. I am a single mother he sold me a lemon that should never have passed inspection and then gave me the frame to fix myself. I wanted my money back or equal value. Do Not Buy From this person. the worst experience of my life and that is an understatement. told me the car was registered and put a fake tag on it. Of course I got pulled over because there was a FAKE tag and I reached out to the attorney general and they will be investigation and i will be taking legal action.
