I had a hard time with my vehicle that I Was driving and I reached out on their website and Josh contacted me and since the minute he contacted me, he’s been nothing but helpful. He’s done an amazing job and he made sure he did everything it took to get approved Josh is a great dude and I highly suggest going through him when you need a car fast and don’t have all the money at once as well. He worked with me. Let me make payment. Arrangements so that I was able to get me and my kids in a safe vehicle to get to where I need to go to get my kids Once again go for sure!

Everything about the process was smooth. They worked with me though everything. I’ve gone to many dealerships and the staff here were amazing. Nick was great from start to finish and when i got my Audi delivered. Answered everything I’ve asked went above and beyond I’d definitely will be coming back ask for Nick!

My daughter and I purchased our jeeps and have nothing but problems. Sale was deceiving and they released our cars at night so we couldn’t see the damage nor the filth as it was not detailed as advised. Now a month later my jeep has been in the shop for a week not running with no action taken on fixing it and my daughters jeep doesn’t lock and also has other issues. We are now dealing legal advise. The images reflect the back window which was falling off the da I picked it up as the sales guy attempted to force it on before I drove off! They are not for the people! Dishonorable company

After months of begging them to fix the car I bought from the other location they finally “fixed it” by only covering the lights on the dash. They did every conversation over the phone and provided NO paperwork to prove they ever “fixed” anything. The ABS light and TPMS were both COVERED instead of actually fixing the problem causing me to almost get into several accidents from not having working ABS. Proof they covered it when the car turns on EVERY light is supposed to turn on the dash and guess what, they don’t come on. This place knows what theyre doing, been scamming for years, and knows every loophole to get out of a lawsuit. Only 6 months in and the car is not safe to drive and I’m stuck with a car worth $1,500 and a $5,000 loan. They also like to spam positive reviews right after people purchase cars to bury the negative reviews which I think is hilarious

Josh got me approved and does a great job very efficient thats all he does. but i do not recommend going through them because they have lemon trucks that they will not fix and give you the run around we bought it over a month ago gave a 5000 deposit and first payment is due now and we got to drive it 2 days hey had to come get it towed because its not driveable. They will play around and get it able to drive off the lot just for it to break down again. Service and sales do not communicate and the owner chris does not care. It needs a new motor they know it and wont replace it they also know about the transmission and refuse to acknowledge it or even return phone calls or texts about and they are dated prior to 30 day warranty deadline. They refuse to do the work that needs to be done and let’s not forget they can pass any car with an inspection sticker illegally because we had to replace the breaks immediatly after the motor problem. We are in process with talking to auto fraud and lemon lawyers. We have been stranded because of the low quality in their fix the first time and they claim they dont know whats going on and it could be a whole 2 more months before it’s fixed . The only thing The place is good at is taking your money. Not the quality in the vehicles they sell. I do not recommend them at all its not worth the headache the lies and stress. Poor service from the whole team unless you have money to just throw away to the owner chris and his team josh and louis i would take your money else where where they actually are honest and realiable. DO NOT GO HERE ITS FULL OF FRAUDS. Way to go roc auto loft. The one picture with all the fluid underneath is from the transmission they refuse to aknowledge or fix which was noted before the 30 day warranty that they REFUSED to look at. They will not answer your text and calls and they make you do a review before you even drive off in hopes you won’t change it. Rochester auto loft on buffalo road has a huge lawsuit coming already talked with lawyers and have one taking the case for auto fraud for fraud for the inspection sticker and selling lemon vehicles they have the proof of us trying to fix the vehicle before the 30 days and then avoiding the whole problem. Chris Louis and Josh are all nothing but frauds
