I cant possibly express the gratitude I have after dealing with Jared. This buying experience is like comparing night and day when looking here versus those big dealers throughout NY. Jared is a man of integrity and does what he says he's going to do. My wife and I met as car salesman nearly 30 years ago. That industry is long behind us and the car buying experience has become quite unpleasant with most dealerships simply hiring "order takers" working under high pressure "managers". Jared was great to deal with. Prices were really good. Also got really unlucky driving over a nail or something getting a flat on my way home from picking up my new truck and they really went all out to make sure I was taken care of. Bryan was great in the service department too helping me.

​We purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 from North Coast Auto back on May 2nd, and overall, we are very happy with the process, service, and professionalism. ​The initial sales process with Jared was great—straightforward and with a quick turnaround to get the truck prepped and a few initial items fixed. However, the final detailing when we picked it up could have been more thorough, as there was leftover white detail wax in various spots and the cup holders and door grabs were still quite sticky. ​The evening we took it home, the battery died. I reached out to Jared, and he immediately told us to get a new battery and they would cover the cost, which we appreciated. Later on, we ran into a few other issues, including a seatbelt retraction problem and a engine misfire. After doing some self-diagnosing, I found a head gasket leak. When I brought this to their attention, North Coast Auto got us right in and took care of the major repair under our lemon law warranty without any hassle. ​Even with the initial bumps in the road, their service department and communication were excellent. They stand behind their vehicles and their warranties, and I would recommend them.
