Ricky was the best, worked with me and all my needy questions on the 2013 Civic Si I bought. I think the used department could use a better office! They do good work here. Ricky made sure my tank was full of gas, my wheel swap was taken care of, and helped make my appointment to get the tpms and alignment done. Appointment is in a few days so I will update if anything changes, but so far looking good Civic Si had some extra unexpected issues but Tim, the used manager has been incredible to work with. I would happily buy another used car here. They will make sure you are handled.

Sold me a car that was subject of a class action suit for major design defects. I guess its my fault for assuming that they would be more trustworthy than someone from craigslist. They never responded to my email. So my advice is to assume they will trick you and hopefully you won't suckered like me.
