Manheim Rochester

Clean place, everyone is very respectful and accommodating.

I had a great experience working with Ms Lisa Baity of the title dept. We had bought a Subaru Outback some two months ago and the title had not come yet and we needed it ASAP. When I told her the situation, she started working on it and within two hours she gave me the good news that she was in possession of the title. That was an awesome job.

Its an Auto Auction place in Rochester, New York. I drive there for my job from Syracuse N.Y.

This was the first time I had such an experience. I bought a car at this Manheim auction almost blindly because there were only a few low-quality photos available. After the purchase, I paid for an additional inspection and waited several days. They later told me the inspection had been completed, but refused to provide the inspection report or photos, saying they were not supposed to do that. I still don’t understand why. After I complained, they agreed to take a few additional photos two days later. Those photos revealed a scratch that was not visible in the original listing. I opened a claim, and they gave me a small adjustment. However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I found several more dents, many of which had not been disclosed before the purchase. When I raised the issue, I was told they only allow one claim per vehicle and would not provide any additional compensation. I am very disappointed with this auction and the way they treat their customers. Based on my experience, I will think twice before buying from Manheim again.

This company is a joke bought a car from them on September 8th and paid for shipping still haven’t received my car but they sent a title. Monday morning I starting a lawsuit with this company because they are still holding my car and have the money as well. I don’t want the car at this point it’s been 3wks and counting and know one knows anything.
