my car finally decided to break down on Thursday, February 12th, and i told myself that was it, im getting a new car! i went searching onto a few sites and Roc City Auto Sales Inc. was one of them. within a couple hours of me inquiring, i got a phone call from Andy. i set up a time to go in Saturday, February 14th and test drive a 2015 Chevy Equinox. after getting back, i spoke with Andy and told him i loved the car, and wanted to move forward with the process. not once did Andy try to be pushy or oversell me on the vehicle. he even broke down everything for me and explained in details what he was doing and why he was doing it. ive never had such a great experience with a car place and was very pleased! Andy and the rest of the staff were so friendly and efficient. as of today, February 19th (one week after my first inquiry), i drove off the lot with my new-to-me 2015 Chevy Equinox! if i could give more than 5 stars then i would, but Google only allows 5. i will for sure be recommending this place to all of my friends and family! thanks so much everyone!!

Just got a car from here about 2 weeks ago. I looked online and saw good details of the vehicle. An older car (12 years) for good price and mileage. Now this was the same exact car I just had previously but a year newer so I have experience with this car when it runs good. I went through the process of buying over the span of a week or 2. I had dealt with Andy and Jeremy. When I first came to look, I went for a test drive, the car was a total wreck and very unsafe to drive. It felt much worse than my previous car. When talking to them, they explained they would fix up many problems it had, alignment, breaks, wheel hub, etc all on their charge. The car had been left for a week and I came back to take another test drive after things had been fixed, they insisted that I payed before doing another test drive which I was told wasnt a policy before. So I did (which I understand is my fault bc it was already faulty) and drove it off, within the drive home it already felt bad. My alignment at 1 o’clock, breaks shaking, hole in my muffler making a loud sound. All this they said they would fix. I had high hopes for them fixing up this car but I was let down heavily, I have to bring this to the shop within a month for multiple things serviced, the car also has ABS problems which need to be fixed so I can’t even use traction control. Andy is a cool guy with a nice personality but I don’t think they really care about the work on cars they do and ensuring you get a good vehicle. He pulls you in well. They just want to sell cars with minimum repairs. I was also told a few technicians would ride and check this vehicle and none of them could notice these issues after saying they were fixed?Cmon. I was told I could not negotiate on price either at all but I have been in extreme need of a new car. Very pushy as well. Overall I think this place is a low quality dealership that mainly just wants to sell. I also see they accuse 1 star reviews of being fake. Not a great place to buy a car from or trust repairs from my personal experience. Edit: This is exactly what I’m talking about, extremely unprofessional and accusing every bad review of being fake. I got the 2014 impala ltz that you had told me was in great shape and were going to fix up. No one would ever write a review this long that didn’t buy a car there.
