Freedom Family Motors

Read This Review - This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I went in skeptical as you normally do when buying a used vehicle. I drove out with EXACTLY what I was looking for and more. The F-150 I bought had some minor issues as it had literally just come from the auction - they fixed everything immediately. Brian and his team of great people would not let me part until I was 150% happy. Here's just one of many reasons why these guys are different and I'll be buying every car going forward from here - The DMV website was down so they couldn't register the truck and it was already almost 5pm closing time. I was about to call an Uber and they wouldn't hear of it. They slapped a dealer plate on the truck and let me take it home! I came back the next day and completed my purchase. Every member of my family will now be going here. Thank You!!!!

Had a great experience with Joanna and Brian I feel like they really went above and beyond. Car rides great I’m very happy with the purchase. If you need A vehicle I would definitely recommend going to see them.

Truck was making weird noise. Brought it there as they’ve done previous work. Starter was bad. They went above and beyond what they had to do. Had me in and out with a starter replaced in an hour (even after the original starter from parts sent the wrong one)

By far the worst purchase I’ve ever made! Save yourself from shopping here! Purchase a 2016 GMC here and within 2 years of having it I’ve had to replace the catalytic converter, muffler, sensors, air conditioner! Not to mention the car is under 90k miles!

Joana and Brain are not honest , I would not recommend anyone because they professionally cheat customers, I recently trade my car and got another used one Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. I thought by having such brand of car I could save gas but it was a defective car . First it had water leak on trunk and I brought it immediately after buy , they said we will take car and just referred me to unprofessional body guy his Name is Estaban ,so multiple time I went to his garage but he was unable to fix the water leak issue.I missed my job and waist my money for transportation during one and half months. In the main time the car got another issue , it was hybrid I called Mr Brain and he was not responding , then I called his wife Joana and through her I sent him my message that I have issue with hybrid system and the car is not starting he said take it to Toyota dealer Service and do diagnostic test ,we will care ,so when I did diagnostic test and paid $170 they said the problem is with the hybrid wiring underneath and cost 5K ($5000). Then I called both of them ,they were not responding to my phon call , it made me to got ride by Uber and see them closely and I said here I did diagnostic test now take care of it . They reacted in very bad manner , rude and harsh with me . Then I said with myself look before deal both were offering coffee and talking with another face and now they have sold it on me talking such, Any way life is full of experience , we do not know some people until deal . They did not take care of hybrid issue ,water leak on back door and ceiling ,so it become chronic headache and pain for me however it cost me double of price I bought their defective car , I really regret such kind of people we have in our society , cheater and dishonest .
