Edit: Both my mother and I spoke with Michele in regards to the situation. We were able to express our concerns and Michele and Keith were kind enough to refund the diagnostic fee. We both were able to listen to one another’s voices and I appreciate that. I felt heard this time. I know they strive for great customer service and I told her I would give it another shot in terms of coming back in for service etc. She assured me things would be different. I hope for everyone that it is. We appreciate the apology in regard to the tool and housing situation. Thank you again, Michele. It was a pleasure speaking with you and coming to I don’t know how Darren is able to keep his job. He’s the most rude and unprofessional person this dealership has had. Somehow he continues to be employed by them. Brought my 2023 Ford Bronco in for a NYS Inspection and mentioned a leak coming from the hatchback window, they blame it on an aftermarket install on a rear dashcam even though it’s a KNOWN issue with MANY years of this vehicle. On top of that they charge us $288 for 30 minutes to look at the seal which we did NOT approve. The prior visit one of their technicians left a tool near the windshield of the vehicle under the hood and one of the housing covers off and unless I didn’t have to add washer fluid, I would’ve never known unless something bad happened while driving. No apology was more of a dismissive response. The leak from the hatchback window is worse than ever now!

THE BEST experience ever! Rico was wonderful. No pressure, no hassle. I spoke to Rico on a Friday, made an appt for the following Wednesday, and drove home in my new Corsair 2 days later. I will definitely recommend Cortese Lincoln & Rico to anyone interested in a new/used car. AND I WILL be returning when I am ready for my next buggy!!!

Was running into an issue with the Mustang Mach-e, and was getting frustrated after no permanent fix seemed to take. The folks at Cortese were very gracious, and accommodating and ultimately helped me find a solution. The entire staff was wonderful but special shout out to Joe in service and Eric for being true professionals at their craft.

Pretty good experience. Everything aside from wet sign happened over phone calls. Unlike other dealerships. They are not trying to waste your time. Thanks Nick

I brought my vehicle in under the impression I was going to be putting $1,000’s of dollars into it, but the employees that Cortese Took the time to run any recalls on parts and it just happened that the issue was covered under a warranty. I had searched prior to see if my vehicle was covered under warranty but everywhere else said it wasn’t. I’m so happy that I came to Cortese to have my vehicle fixed. The staff there is so kind and helpful!
