Out of all my years of purchasing vehicles this was the BEST one ! All three salesmen participated and made sure I was happy by the end of my purchase! They all played different roles , including helping me keep my 3 yr old son occupied during my purchase! While other car dealerships gave me a hard time they welcomed me and assured me for the beginning from my credit to my car selection and even found me the best car insurance! I’ve personally recommended several people to them so far & I came to expand the recommendation. All around service was a 10 out of 10! This is my 2nd vehicle that I purchased from worlds best auto, I got a 2008 Nissan Altima a few years back which ran great then I traded it at a Honda dealership for a 2017 accord and that was a horrible experience makes me wish I came back to see Sam at worlds best at that point to do the trade. I have to be honest they are THE best used car dealership in Brooklyn, if you want a top quality used car great customer service no beating around the bush no one pushing you into a car that you don’t want just to make a sale no hidden fees then you need to go to this place. They will work with you no matter where you are with credit. Sam and his team were super patient with me thru this process again, as many times as I called him before I made my decision he was cool and answered all my questions without attitude. I didn’t get the car that I really wanted due to my credit but sam worked and worked and worked and researched what’s the best option for me to rebuild my credit. Like I said before they are not pushy sales people. They actually care about their customers!! All the cars on that lot are in great condition and serviced very well before being sold. And if you have any issues after you leave they will work with you and get it taken care of ASAP like they did with me! My car is a 2017 with only 24,000 miles on it and the was was amazing!! So do not go to those other crooked dealerships out there that only care about making their money. GO TO WORLDS BEST AUTO you will not be disappointed. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 BUYER BEWARE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP On March 30th I brought a 2021 Lexus NX 300 from this dealership. After purchasing it I had a pre purchase inspection done and found out it needed wheel barring on the left driver side, Antenna cover for the roof and a safety sensor. Kishon told my husband and I they would do the repairs. We explained to them we live in Philly 3 hours away and wanted to get everything fixed at once because we lived so far. We made a total of 4 trips to this dealership getting the run around each time. I asked to speak to the owner several times and each time they took my info and WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. I brought the vehicle back to them and the sensor was fixed but Manny lied and told us they had also fixed the wheel barring. That was a lie and now each time we call no one is available. CHECK THEM OUT ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUEARU THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF COMPLAINTS. These people don’t care about you they just want your money then they leave you hanging. DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP YOU WILL REGRET IT!
