I even received a discount to help with my none existent credit and the monthly payment is not going to break my pocket. Ohh buy the way the mileage on the car was fantastic!!!!!
Ive dealt with many dealerships and by far this dealership has exceeded my expectations. Too many highlights to specify each one, but I’ll just say I bought a new vehicle and didn’t receive the service or added perks I got at this dealership. I bought a 2018 commercial van at Cargo. And the staff was very friendly and helpful with all the details. After driving the van two days, the check engine light came on. I called them up they said, drive it for a week. See if it goes away. Of course I panicked, took it to ford service center. They told me two spark plugs was miss timing. Now after spending thousands of dollars, I have to spend even more. Smh…
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO TRASH DEALER!!!! My brother try buying a car the guy that picked up phone had a nasty attitude and the car was over pricing the car and the car looks like it was in an accident the bumpers was cracked and coming off and the front windshield was cracked that car is worth at least $7000
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I drove 2 hours to Cargo Auto Group to look at a van, and Nick took a $300 deposit from me. Two weeks later, he suddenly tells me the van is not in good condition anymore — after already taking my money. When I asked for my refund, he made me drive another 2 HOURS just to get it back. When I finally got there, the manager refused to give me my money and said they would mail me a check instead. They took my address, and now it’s been OVER A MONTH and I still haven’t received anything. This is straight-up dishonest business. They waste your time, hold your money, and then give you the runaround with excuses. Completely unprofessional and shady. Stay far away from this place unless you want to lose your time and money. I will be taking legal action.
