Given that I was put in a bad spot, needing a car in the middle of the worst time to buy one, I was VERY happy to find Angelo at elite auto mall. Everything was very TRANSPARENT, professional, and friendly. The whole staff was. My new vehicle was completely cleaned and ready super fast. And they were super attentive and helpful with all the follow up afterwords. Very happy with my 2014 Acadia. This was after going to many other places with massive hidden fees, mark ups, and attitudes. (All the worst you’ve heard are so true). If your looking for a reputable place to give you a fair deal in a sea of sharks, I’d definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!

I’ve been going to them for a while now got a full detail spent over 200$ when I looked out the backseat. They were complete mess when I called and said something about the issue. I was told I should have checked same day horrible customer service when I made a complaint, they literally pushed me to a side No type of professionalism in that workplace

Very bad service I suggest not to go here Was sold a vehicle with no spare tire no jack,check engine light comes on not even 30days with the car I take it back they said they replaced the piece with brand new one and the check engine light comes back on now and i try taking It back to get fixed and the owner tells me he’s not fixing nothing no more to deal with it and so I take it to my mechanic where he runs a diagnose and the same code comes on that was supposedly fixed. By dealer and here is a picture where it shows how they literally tried using glue to keep the pieces together, you can see the gray glue left on the piece …once again do not come here owner clearly cares about his money only and the customer satisfaction
