Curmsons auto is a great place to buy a van. Mike who helped me was a awesome!! He is very friendly and helpful. The transaction was so smooth and easy. I really dont understand people leaving a bad reviews here. Trust me they are great!
I can not say enough about this dealership.staff more than friendly but that’s what you get from a family owned business for 40 years. They know how to treat people..Extremely professional and courteous. I came all the way from Syracuse (5hours away) .i thought it was going to be a hassle but it was extremely hassle free.From start to finish they walked me through the whole process and got me the van I wanted for a great price. Would 100 percent recommend .
I bought a bucket of van from these guys and the upper controls didn’t work , they said the upper control switches needed to be replaced snd that they would order them , then they said the switches came in and they installed them and the lift works .. i am in NH and asked them if the van would make an 8 hr drive from NY to NH and they said yes and that they went through the van and everything was was in very good cond. i ended up having it delivered by a flatbed trailer . After i got it i found that instead of replacing the upper bucket control switches needed… they rigged it with a couple plastic laundry detergent cap … come on guys …. Really ?!?! Then the rear brakes were no good at all and i had to have a complete brake job on the rear .. the rear brake lights didn't work . And the van still had tools and junk in it from the previous owners . Im glad i didn’t drive it back to NH cause i would not have made it very far with the brakes . After they said they had there mechanics go through it . Other than that the price was ok and the rest of the van was good .
