This place came highly recommended by a friend who had a great experience with Auto Empire. As someone who lives in an area of Brooklyn with limited parking and tight spaces, my family of 4 wanted something reliable but cute. I saw a 2017 Chevy Cruze Hatchback, and when we visited the dealership, we were greeted by Eddie. We had Patricia who was so helpful with allowing me to test drive. I test drove the car with one of their mechanics who shared the story behind the previous owner which I 1000% appreciated because the only info I knew was that there was 1 owner through the CarFax history. Speaking of Patricia, she is a great Sales professional because she's informative and gets it done. She also answered all the questions I had, no problem. I really like the place and they're very transparent without the unnecessary pressure tactics. Patricia handled everything in-house and it was honestly free-flowing and chill the whole time. The mechanics were nice too! Everything was done within budget that made complete sense. I would suggest Auto Empire if you're looking to purchase your first car, are trading, or whatever your plan is. They have a great team and inventory.

I am a very satisfied And happy customer of Auto Empire. I am now enjoying my Ford Escape SEL 2018. Not only was the price reasonable, but Alexander helped me arrange to make weekly payments towards my vehicle until I was able to pay the balance in full. He also provided helpful information which included the process to get my car registered, and to obtain a new title, as well as instructions on ways to make payments, which included Zelle, wire transfer, or by certified check via mail. I am thankful and truly blessed as I was able to get the Ford that I wanted with all the features included. I recommend this car dealership to everyone, you will not be disappointed!
