My partner and I came in with low expectations and left with a car and a fantastic experience. We had Stephen Smith as our sales agent, and he made the entire process smooth and convenient for us. From open communication to negotiating with us and truly listening to our concerns and needs, he was the perfect person to work with. He let us test drive the car, helped us navigate the controls, and explained how hybrid cars work in a way that was easy to understand. He also assisted us with issues regarding the car registration, insurance changes, and license plates, which made the process so much less stressful. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be coming back when we’re ready for another car. We were specifically looking for a hybrid Honda CR-V Sport with enough legroom, low mileage, and a good price and Stephen helped us find exactly what we wanted.
