I researched a few car dealerships in Brooklyn before I chose the car dealership Atlantic Used Car Sales, due to the large selection of cars. I ended up driving home in a Nissan Rogue. The rates were reasonable, the car was in good condition, and the service was excellent. They made getting a car much easier than I thought it would be.
This dealership went above and beyond my expectations. I bought a 2018 Acura MDX, and the car in reality was even better than the one I saw in the pictures. The staff guided me through all the paperwork and made it easy to complete. I never felt forced, and I really appreciated that!
Purchasing a used vehicle could be extremely stressful, but it was surprisingly simple with Atlantic Used Car Sales. I was able to find a 2019 ford edge that met my needs and budget and my family's needs. They made the financing options crystal clear for me, and I had enough time to mull them over without feeling pressured. The entire staff was professional and friendly. I am sure I would recommend them for a checkup.
The most memorable aspect was the friendliness of all the people. No one followed me to sell me anything. They just let me look at the goods, answered my questions and assisted me in comparing a couple of different SUVs. After I made my decision and picked a Subaru Forester, I am happy with the vehicle.
I know my whole experience is covered in red flags, and I didn't stop, my fault. But I was contacted on Facebook messenger by a salesman promised they would do whatever it took to get me in a car, even though I'm in illinois, I was told for the month of July they were doing free shipping, I only needed to put down $300 down payment, they would send me a receipt, transaction number, tracking number for the shipment, soafter thinking about, obviously not long enough, i sent my $300, next thing it took 5 hours to get my receipt, they sent me a picture of my car on the truck, gave me a tracking number, when I tried the tracking number I was told, oh you have to pay another $200 for taxes before you can track your car. Told them they weren't getting another dime until the car is delivered, now they won't respond to messages, yes I know they scammed me, a 63 year old disabled woman, living on $1000 a month!
