C Ray Automobile Sales

Bought a 2006 Saturn found out the frame was rotted and 6 months later the gas line and gas tank started leaking. Seemed like good people ,but feel like I was definitely scammed out of $3,200.

Suggest avoiding this place like the plague. Bought a 2011 impala from them awhile back for 3500. First it took over 2 weeks for them to even give me the car because of inspection and just a bunch of other run around crap. On my first day of ownership the car lost all power steering at bailey and Broadway on the way home from taking delivery. In the first 3 weeks it started having electrical issues and aswell as a stalling issue at red lights. Long story short the engine seized up and I ended up losing close to 3000 on the car. The cars are definitely shined up and repaired long enough to get off the lot and 10 miles down the road after they con you into an as is sale. I have driven cars in demo derbies that have ran better than the lemon I bought from this dealership that should have been a reliable car for few years. Save your money up some more and do yourself a favor and buy from a more reputable dealership or private seller

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! - I literally have never bought a car from them but after I traded my Toyota Camry into west herr my plates were transferred to my new vehicle and my registration was transferred. — I suppose West Herr sold it to Cray Auto in auction. Now I won’t lie it was a POS and I only got like $400 when I traded it in at west herr so they probably found that they bought a dud. The Camry was then left somewhere that required a tow, and now I have a notice in the mail because I was the last registered owner of the car. Not paying that recovery fee, but I sure as hell will cover my bases because this sketchy place bought, drove, and dumped the car. Stay far away and COVER YOUR A$$ IF YOU'RE DEALING WITH THIS GRIMY PLACE

5 days ago I bought a car and on day 3 it wouldn't go over 40 miles and the transmission started to shake. Don't buy cars here, none of them are good.

I wouldn’t recommend purchasing through this company. They sell lemons and refuse refunds. They would rather put you in another dangerous vehicle than rectifying the situation at hand. Please spend your money elsewhere. It seems as though we will have to take them to court to get our money back and then some. We have put in a bunch of money since having the car for about 2 months.
