Randy and Corey are the best in the business. They were able to correct many issues I was having with my XC90 due to taking it to get serviced at a national retailer. They made all of the repairs at a reasonable rate even though I was a first time customer. If you have a Volvo in the area, it would behoove you to stop in to get your vehicle properly serviced here.

We will always use Randall's for Volvo service. We brought my son's Volvo to Randall Auto for service and they gave us an honest, comprehensive evaluation. It needed more work than it was worth (which I suspected), so we ended up buying a newer-used Volvo from them, instead. They have a good selection of used Volvos on their lot; you're going to find a great car at a fair price, making sure it was in great shape. They were always up front and honest, and communicated with us along the way. Excellent people!!

I had an amazing experience with Randall Automotive from start to finish. Randy helped me sell my old car and made the process of buying my new car easy and stress-free. They also went above and beyond when my car battery died unexpectedly, replacing it quickly and getting me back on the road. Randy and Corey are friendly, honest, and professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a car and for general repairs!

I called this past Monday and got Corey...my Volvo neederd upper and lower engine mounts on the right side...I drove this past Tuesday from 14 miles South West of Binghamton to their location...made the 8AM by 7:45...Corey was there, had the parts and got right to it...took him 34 minutes...DONE. A Pa dealer quoted me a horrific price, Corey did the work for considerably less...and YOU can TRUST him and his Dad. I am a longtime sales and service customer...THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!! KT

Had my 08 xc70 towed in dead on road- diagnosed with a bad negative cable and poor battery. They gave me a long-winded and expensive repair estimate(3 grand) that wouldn’t have solved the problem. I said no to the gold plated version. They proceed to do the cable and it died on the test drive for them. The dude (father) calls me and says my battery was a piece of chit ok fine. He then lectures me and says he doesn’t trust that I’ll pay them to fix the car? I say keep it. He says “that would be terrible" I think on it a few days. On second thought I’d like to pay the bill and have it towed away The communication was confusing and contentious. I recorded the calls. He then refused credit card payment for service. Cash only. I pay in cash and have car towed away. I’m confused and only can say this dude enjoyed the drama he purposely wrought. The son (only mechanic at the shop) seemed reasonable and skilled) I almost abandoned the car due to the confusion and stress of dealing with this arrogant man. (His ego surely will not let this review sit without a reply) When a place tells you how honest they are and talk poorly of other shops it speaks volumes. The location is prime and they can get away with it I guess. A truly awful day at the shop. I have the conversations recorded and anytime I asked for the clarification of the original quote he deflected and became a recalcitrant muppet.
