I was in desperate need of a vehicle after my previous vehicle was totaled in an accident! Didn't have much money to put down and more importantly I knew my credit was beyond bad! I figured I'd take what money I had and give it a shot and went in to see what I could do! I was a little nervous based on my credit and felt awkward on top of that thinking that I was way over my head and that they were just going to laugh me back to the bus stop! On the other hand, I didn't want to be forced into something I didn't really want just for the fact that I had to buy there because they would finance me where others wouldn't! When my feet hit the lot, however, all that went away! First, the selection was great and Alex assured me that financing was not going to be an issue! He was just all around great to work with and just the way he was totally put me at ease! To make a long story short, I bought a great car that I'll have for a while! The process was simple! Not a lot of paperwork or run around! It was just nice! On a side note, the finance company they set me up with are fantastic as well! I had a few questions and they were great! In closing, great experience from start to finish! I also left ,after all was said and done, that if I had any concerns in the future that I was in good hands and they would be addressed with absolutely no friction whatsoever! GO SEE ALEX! YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!

Called this company last week for a tow to a auto dealer. Needed a key made for a car. The gentleman had suggested a locksmith and provided me the contact phone number. The gentleman was so polite and helpful and was able to save me quite a bit of money.He could of easily towed the car to the dealer instead of giving me a suggestion to save some significant money. I cannot thank him enough for his help and honesty. I really appreciate your help!!!

The worst possible car experience ever. I called the dealership inquiring about a vehicle that has been on the lot for 3+ months. I was told to fill out a credit app and to come with the money down later that week. Showed up to the dealership with my pay stubs, insurance card, and money down ready to purchase a vehicle. I stood on the lot for 20 minutes and no one greeted me. I went inside the showroom stood for 5 minutes waiting for the to representatives to acknowledge me. It wasn't until I said "hello" I was noticed. Keep in mind that I was the ONLY customer that morning. I was finally greeted and asked what I was interested in. I told him they should be expecting me cause I called earlier that week. I told the sales person, owner, or who ever he is that I inquired about the car on the lot and I was interested in financing the vehicle. The gentleman tells me the car can't be financed and I have to fill out a credit app even though I submitted mine online and they'll call me back. They never did.... which I expected after visiting the worst dealership in the Albany area. If you're looking for a sales team to ACTUALLY help go somewhere else.

Place deserves a 0 star rating been over 10 years since doing business with these scammers sold me a jeep with a bad transmission now apparently butt hurt cuz I refused to keep the p.o.s jeep they tried lying to me about multiple times over months and months of back and forth I will be contacting a lawyer and fighting to shut these shady people down

New owners, that blind lady that owned the place died years ago. High prices on junk cars. Prices change daily depending on who there you talk to. Check title and documents very carefully or better yet, check out better run places.
