Rhonda in service is amazing. I work in an appliance repair service and know how had being in customer service can be, especially when you are booking out but she educated me and assisted with all my questions. I had called with an issue on my husband's Jeep. We didn't buy it here but she helped me in getting the repair set up through them. Rhonda was kind, informative and an excellent communicator. I look forward to doing the repair work with them as soon as they are able to get the part and schedule us.

I brought it to my service writer Freddy's attention what was going on and with my hectic work schedule he was able to accommodate me. As soon as I had an issue with my truck he was also able to accommodate me with all of the information I needed on who to contact what to tell them what to expect and he was so true to his word my vehicle was ready the next day no questions asked never having to call to see if in fact it was going to be longer or I needed to find a new ride somewhere and I am grateful for that. The service team itself seems to be wonderful but Freddy makes sure that he always goes above and beyond to help me in every in any way that he is able to.

I’ve been coming to the service department here on and off for years, and am still always surprised how good their service is. They are so friendly and complete the services so much quicker than other local dealerships! I also love that they always pull my car back around for me, instead of handing me my keys and expecting me to find it in the lot. Absolute 10/10 for every single service advisor I’ve worked with here!

On May 5th I went in to see Vinny to purchase a 2024 Jeep Wrangler I saw listed on the website. The whole process with Vinny was simple and easy, he truly helped me find what I was looking for. Highly recommend Vinny for your vehicle purchases. However, with my vehicle purchase I was suppose to receive a $250 gas card which I was told would be sent to me in a couple of days. It’s now June 23rd and I’ve received nothing. I have spoken with an individual named Nick on two separate occasions who assured me on May 29th that my gas card was being sent to me and I’d receive it within 5-7 business days. It is now June 23rd, well over the 5-7 business days and still no gas card. I called back again on June 16th to inquire what was going on and spoke with someone who transferred me and hung up, called back again and was transferred to the service department who than transferred me again, only for me to have a leave another voicemail. To date, I still have received no call back regarding my voicemail or gas card. Very disappointing that you advertise something but aren’t able to stick to your word. Called today 6/25/2026 as instructed to do and no answer.
