Guaranteed Auto Credit

I didn't actually purchase a vehicle from these guys (nothing wrong with the Toyota we looked at, just wasn't exactly what I wanted) but I did have an excellent experience with them. Charlie was very helpful and generous with his time, coming in from Saratoga on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule. He never once tried to push a sale and he was very honest about what the vehicle did (and did not) have that I was looking for. I'd definitely recommend these guys and I'd have no qualms about buying from them in the future.

Buyer beware. I bought a car from this place 2 years ago. During those 2 years I've had nothing but headaches with repairs and disputing warranty issues. I'm not saying not to buy from here, but if do. Be extremely careful and check evey icnh of that vehicle. To give an example. After I bought the car and was rushed through the buying process. I noticed the front and back bumper where only being held on with zipties. I brought it back to them and told them they had to replace that. They just flat out refused and said I did that only a week after the purchase. Told them they needed to replace the steering wheel because of a huge piece of it was missing. They said it was OK because of the steering wheel cover. They just get cars make the only able to run. Then sell them to who ever they can. That was told to me by one of the ex-mechanics. Also the creidt company they use are just as bad. Don't even know why I went there even though I had good credit. One big mistake I made. An now I'm still paying for a car I bought from them, that cant even be driven. It just sits in my lawn collecting dust. With some how still more money left on the loan then what it was bought for. Thanks guys. You have done me in good.
