Bought a beautiful 1979 diesel Mercedes from these guys and the day I took it home, the alternator went out. Shaun came to my home with a team member, diagnosed the problem and Rush shipped an alternator so that I wouldn’t be without the car. The vehicle itself is a beautiful thing to behold, but the more important aspect is that the owner stands by his word and by his warranty. I will buy more cars from these guys.

Was driving from Colorado to Arizona when my D2 had part of the cooling system fail on I-25 in Santa Fe. As luck would have it, these guys were only 7 miles from where I broke down. Shaun, Clark, and Randy did an amazing job repairing the cooling system and had me back on the road in no time. In fact, it now runs about 10 degrees cooler. 😁 Highly recommend. Experienced, honest, and reasonable... qualities increasingly hard to find in companies these days. Thanks guys for going above and beyond!

Saved me when I was dealing with an older model Range Rover. Reliable and supportive out of the gate. Not many places still doing what Shaun does providing the quality and type of boutique personalized service they do at Santa Fe British Motors.

Not a good buying experience. Does not treat customers fairly. Shaun gives privilege to loyal skin color based clients. I had to request a refund of substantial amount. Would not let me test drive overnight after $3k deposit. Probably due to color of my skin. I’m sure he will respond to this negatively due to his recent negative reviews so watch out for that. I even tried to buy an over priced car from him at market price. This guy does not like to deal and is some what skin color biased. Avoid this dealer….and Shaun if you respond to this… it’s jus good business to warn others about you Also Shaun sells over priced cars so watch out. I showed up with market price for a 2013 Range Rover white with off road tires and he tells me he scratched the rim himself. This should tell you how he treats his vehicles. He likes to think people are disassociated with reality but what he doesn’t know if I am a mechanic myself and below is evidence of his mistreatment of his vehicles. He literally told me he damaged the vehicle on a test drive BUYER BEWARE I ended up finding a better newer Land Rover Range Rover Dynamic 5.0L V8 Supercharged for $2k below his asking price of $14k… that’s why I took my money back. Not because I didn’t have it. This goes to show that he his skin color biased. Shaun I can take my money back and not be poor Below 2013 Range Rover. And Shaun you are lucky I didn’t sue you
