Honestly the fact that they were kind and friendly makes a world of a difference. The finance manager was so nice too! She was very kind and patient. I had no red flags walking into this place at all. They were honest, so glad I came here instead of the major car dealerships. I would most definitely recommend to anyone seeking a car within their budget! Honesty nowadays goes very far and I truly appreciate that!

I would say that overall I am pleased with the efforts made to provide us with a beautiful new truck. I do love this truck, it’s definitely a learning experience. I don’t have any negatively impacting actions as far as how the processing of the financing of the truck went. We had presented them with a situation they had never dealt with (military POA) and thus the fact that because of the delay that occurred resulted in approval with a lower interest rate and lower payment there is only praise due to all of their efforts and we all had walked away even wiser should it be presented later we all now are better equipped on how to proceed. So it ended up better in every way. I am happy with the efforts and the service dept team a couple of days later who added some additional tech selected at end of purchasing phase…they were fast and accurate and wonderfully kind. I truly enjoyed the service dept. folks. I would absolutely recommend others to look and hopefully buy from this dealership. They do try their hardest to find the best fit for you in ways you may not even consider. So yes, a great dealership all the way around.
