Hi again this is Joan and my second review for Jim's Auto Emporium. This was my first(Hi, I just wanted to let you know about my experience with Jim' Auto Emporium. It was early this year after my husband had passed away. Being a woman, I know I hate the thought of shopping for a car or Truck for that matter selling one. So, I took His truck out for one last ride. I pass Jim's Auto Emporium as I go home so I thought I would just stop and talk to him about my husband truck. He told me he would sell it so I could look and try and find a small gas affiant car. He called me after a few weeks and told me the truck sold, and he had my money. He got a great price for me. As I looked in his lot my eye caught a little red Mazda 3 We took it for a ride, and I bought it on the spot. I have never been happier with a used car. Jim is an honest man to a Fault. Hé helped me with all the paperwork. I did just want people to know there are car dealers that are the best in Las Cruces, NM. So, if you're looking for a good used car or truck go see Jim #@ Jim's Auto Emporium. P.S. I am adding a photo of my Mazda 3 A.K.A. as Ruby). So 3 years down the road and I had a leak under the front of Rudy. Took it to him and he told me that it was something that they were not able to fix there. He helped me find a place in Las Cruces that would fix it.Took it there and they got it fixed in 2 weeks. Price was OK. On the way home it was making a loud noise #@ right front wheel.I took it back the next morning and they told me what they thought was the problem and sent me a quote. (I guess I did not need my right arm or left leg.) On the way home I stopped @ Jim's and told him what was going on with other place .He said leave it here and I will check it out. About 5 hours later he called and said your car is ready.( Yes I picked myself off the floor.) He had the old parts and explained what had gone wrong. Jim fixed my car for 1/4 less than the other place.(So I keep my arm and leg). Being a woman #@ 73 it's hard to find someone you can trust and NOT try and get over on you.So if you're looking for a GOOD used car or truck check out Jim's Auto Emporium.

Jim provided me with a reliable , beautiful used vehicle. He may be the last honest , used car salesman in new mexico. I would buy a car from him any day of the week. I highly recommend him. I would purchase another vehicle from him Without hesitation.

Jim’s Automotive is a great place to buy clean, and sound pre-owned automobiles. Jim is the kind of guy who is always looking to do the right and best thing for his customers. No junk at Jim’s Automotive! Jim also has taken on a Hickory storage building dealership. These buildings are really super nice. Well built and an attractive addition to your home. We were talking about them while I was there having some maintenance done on my Lexus, and seriously, a person could live in one like a “tiny home!” If you want to be treated with respect, and a high level of ethics, then you should consider talking to Jim at Jim’s automotive.

I recently purchased a Honda Element from Jim's Auto. Everything Jim told me about the vehicle checked out and it is in terrific condition. Throughout the whole process-from my first call to questions I had after I got my vehicle home-Jim was helpful, kind, professional, and respectful. He walked me through the whole deal (my first car purchase through a dealer), and he communicated with my bank multiple times to be sure everything was as they needed it. I highly recommend Jim's Auto!
