They have the best service department, they're staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The staff member will let me know what needs to be done to my car, anything extra they let me know what the cost will be so I won't have a huge surprise when I go pay for car repairs. They also give my car a free wash without my asking for it. I have been taking my car to Giles (Formerly PITRE KIA) for oil changes, tire rotations and anything it might need since 2019, when we moved here from California. I've had no problems in buying a CAR or SUV from the KIA dealership, the sales agents are friendly, caring, professional and trustworthy. The dealership is clean, they have coffee, water and snacks for clients waiting to buy a new car, or just in for auto repairs. I get "Great, Professional and Friendly Service every time I take my car there or trade it in for a new one. ♥️♥️💯♥️♥️💯♥️♥️💯

The day I bought our Sportage, I knew it was gonna be from Giles. I called them and Bobby Gilette (El Mago) answered all my questions! He was knowledgable, caring and professional from the start. I went to other dealers, but none of them were willing to go the extra mile that Bobby did. I told them I was ready to buy today if we could strike a deal but they weren't interested. I told my wife lets go to Cruces and boy did he deliver!!! Don't waste your time with El Paso dealers, they want to force what they want down your throat!! Go see Bobby, he's the MAN!!! I love the service at Giles Kia. I have been a customer for years. I trust their mechanics and their services. Oscar was amazing and explained my services and my charges with patience and kindness. The rates were reasonable. Definitely recommend Giles Kia!
