Morning Star Motor Co.

This place is a absolute Godsend. Wonderful people, hardworking, non-judgmental and all around a blessing. They helped us get the monthly payment we needed and such a great interest rate. They accomplished things no other major dealership could. I will definitely be back in about a year or two for a second vehicle for us! Thank you so much 💓

I needed a pickup truck and was shopping around. I found a truck I was interested in at Morning Star. We negotiated what I think was a good deal. I had an issue with the truck a couple weeks later. I was told to drop it off. I picked it up the next day and the issue was fixed. I am pleased with this dealership.

Amazing staff, amazing service. We walked in knowing what we wanted, Jose came through and showed us a few in our price range. We ended up walking away with something totally different, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. They were not pushy, honest and very pleasant to shop with. We would definitely buy from here again. Keep up the great work, everywhere should be this smooth and painless to shop from.

This was a painless as a car buying experience I have had since I bought my first car back in 1990. I was though looking for a very specific vehicle, and Morning Star Motors had the exact one, so if they have the exact car you are looking for, then your experience is likely to be just like mine. I worked with Aaron Hopper and highly recommend him. He had extreme patience and problem solving skills to get a deal that met my budget and monthly payment goal. There were challenges with my situation and Aaron worked with me and used his experience to ultimately make everything work out so I could leave with the specific vehicle (Jeep Renegade Trailhawk) I wanted. The trade-in value for my Mazda3 was also very fair. So if Morning Star Motors has the exact car you want, I could not recommend them more. If you are just shopping around, I still recommend them for their no haggle and fairly priced vehicles, and great customer service.

I bought a Ford Focus ST from them not even half a year ago and I've had nothing but problems with it. When I got the car shortly after (a matter of a few days) I got a check engine light, well being a mechanic previously I was able to scan the code to see what it was and it was multiple turbocharger issues. After a very long and annoying process going through their mechanic I still did not have the issue resolved as even to this day I'll get the occasional turbocharger issue despite the fact they allegedly changed the entire thing. Now I would question if they actually had changed it instead of just hiding the problem but that's besides the point, in addition to that not only did one of the rear shocks dislocate from where its supposed to be, but the other one was COMPLETELY missing and the bolt hole its supposed to go into has a bolt broken on the inside of it.I'm genuinely looking into my options in the matter as this is nothing but a complete scam dealership that makes their money off of selling people lemon's and passing them off as decent. I've even attached photos of all that I've seen with the shocks just to show how ridiculously this car this car was repaired. Update from almost 3 years later: Yeah the car was a complete pile, can't wait to get rid of it. I hope this place either gets sued or goes out of business eventually because of how bad this ordeal has been. I've been nothing but dedicated to paying my loan down quickly and always been burdened with issues, problems and other things I'd have to repair with the vehicle the entire time I owned it. Honestly the fact they were able to sell a car that would spring upon so many issues in the lifetime I've owned it is staggering and impressive. I'm still stuck in the loan, avoid this place at absolutely all cost because you'll end up without a car and no way to pay it back.
