It’s been six months and I’m still begging them for my title. I’ve been asking politely and texted Bobby multiple times about it. He said he sent it the first time never received it. I asked him about him again and then he said what was my address but then he told me he had sent it the first time so shouldn’t you know my address if you sent it the first time I agreed and gave him my address waited another month and a half nothing ever came contacted him again then he told me that they sent back the title because he must’ve put something wrong on the address when I specifically texted it to him so I agreed now it’s been a total of six months and I still have not received my title and every time I ask, I just get an excuse. This is already my third temporary plate. I’ve had to get waiting for my title to come in not very professional now happening to file a complaint against them civilly to try and get my title paid nine grand for a truck and now the paint is already flicking off all over the place like they got this thing repainted when they insisted that I pay the high price don’t go to these guys if you’re wanting A reliable truck all of their vehicles comes from auction so they don’t even know if it’s good either. That’s why they offer you the BS Warranty for 12,000 miles

I recently purchased a vehicle from Goldstar Motors, and my experience was very mixed. First, I want to recognize Bobby, the manager. He was pleasant, informative, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about customer service. He took the time to address my concerns and worked with me on the price when issues were discovered. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner, Chris, was the complete opposite. Before purchasing the vehicle, I pointed out that one of the lights was not working. I was told it could be the battery, which did not make sense to me since only one light was affected. The dealership had the vehicle from approximately 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and later stated they believed it might be a fuse. Rather than continue to wait, I agreed with Bobby on a price adjustment and decided I would address the light issue myself. What concerned me more was that within minutes of driving the vehicle off the lot, I noticed another significant issue with the car. I immediately contacted Bobby, and we drove the vehicle to his shop and scheduled repairs. My frustration is that the dealership had possession of the vehicle, drove it themselves, and never disclosed that there appeared to be another problem. The situation became worse when I had to speak with Chris again. Because I was unwilling to tell the bank that everything was fine with the vehicle when it clearly was not, he became upset and told me he was losing his patience. I felt that he spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner and seemed more concerned about the financial impact to the dealership than addressing the concerns I had as a customer. What stood out to me was that during conversations with employees, I was told that Chris is "not really a customer person." After my interactions with him, I unfortunately found that statement consistent with my experience. In a customer-service business, professionalism, communication, and treating customers with respect should be a top priority. Bobby did everything he could to help and remains the main reason this review is not lower. However, the owner's attitude and the lack of transparency regarding the vehicle's condition left me disappointed. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone purchasing a vehicle from Goldstar Motors have the vehicle thoroughly inspected and ensure all issues are addressed before completing the sale.
