I went to buy right to purchase a car. Leiton was the best get the general manager Mr. Leighton treated me like I was royalty. I would recommend this particular dealership to all of my family and friends. The experience was uncomfortable. I mean it was the best time I’ve ever had. In-N-Out. I got exactly what I wanted. They took real good care of me. Car looks like brand new even though it’s a preowned vehicle. It’s awesome and I’ll be back to purchase another vehicle as soon as I’m ready and once again I just wanna say thank you for what they’ve done for good.

I had picked this car out with my mother as a birthday gift, and after my visit to this dealership I can say this has been the best birthday ever because I was able to drive off in the literal car of my dreams! When I stumbled across this car on TrueCar, the first thought in my head was that it was exactly what I was looking for. I had been hunting for a car for nearly 8 months, but multiple bad experiences with shady dealers was keeping me from finalizing on any of them. When I initially requested an appointment with Sean, I was afraid. I told myself it wouldn’t be worth it and that I was going to end up leaving without the car so it was no point in even going. Luckily for me, I was completely wrong! I don’t think I’ve been able to stop smiling since the moment I left the lot! Everyone I met at Buy Right Inc was extremely kind and caring during my visit. I had showed up a little earlier than planned and was greeted by Juan, who gave me a full tour of the location and immediately directed me to the car I asked for. He wasted no time getting me behind the wheel, and during our short 15 min joy ride I felt like I was spending time with a family member! He made the whole ride and experience extremely comfortable for me and had me eager to get back to the office to sign for it. Once back in the office, I spoke with Sean, who patiently answered every question and concern I had regarding the condition of the car, the mileage, the price, added fees and even the add-ons I would be receiving. He reassured me that if I wanted to leave with the car, they would do all they could to make me feel satisfied with the deal I was getting. I showed up alone, but they never made me feel like they were trying to get over on me or swindle me into a bad deal. After working over the price, I met with the owner, Leiton, who meticulously spoke over with the lenders to settle my monthly payments into a price that worked specifically with my needs. I was there for a few hours but I was all smiles for every second I was there! Every worker was extremely hands on with my deal, and had no issues listening to what I wanted to be able to walk away with, but the owner himself took the time out to ensure this would work out for me. I knew my credit was fair, and I was more worried about the APR than the price of the car itself. However, Leiton had no fears! He did what I would consider impossible, and I am so grateful to have found his dealership. Once the paperwork came out, he went over every page to ensure I understand everything I was agreeing to and provided me with my own copy for my records. During my time with Leiton, the mechanics cleaned up the car and put on the paper plates. There were a few bumps on the car that I expressed concern over and they happily worked them out to ensure I would be driving off in pristine condition. Unfortunately for me, I had borrowed a family member’s car to get to the dealership but Sean offered to deliver the car directly to my house! I was a little worried about having to leave it and come back but they were kind enough to drive with me all the way home! Though the deal ended once the car was parked, I have still been receiving periodic checks in from Sean about my new car. I really appreciate that they are so willing to support my decision and continue to provide excellent service to me after leaving the lot. I couldn’t be any happier with my decision and I will be boasting and raving about this dealership to everyone I meet!

Amazing experience purchasing my first vehicle! I truly loved every moment of the process. I can’t thank God enough for the warmth, support, and guidance I received while finding the perfect car. The team made everything smooth and stress-free, and I felt taken care of from start to finish. This will probably be the only review you need to read. I'm glad others had 5-star experiences, but I guarantee there’s zero follow-up after you drive off the lot. I brought receipts. I bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado here in December 2024 with 186k miles for $10k. I know high mileage means normal wear and tear, but what happened here is next level. Right when I got home on day one, the fan wouldn't shut off. I took it to an independent mechanic later in December, and he handed me a list of almost $3,000 in necessary repairs (see attached dated receipt and initial codes). I tried to take it back to Buy Right immediately, but they were closed for the holidays, which means 2 weeks. When I went back in January—still well inside my 30-day warranty due to them being closed for 2 weeks—they told me, "nothing we can do for most of those things on that $3k list" and flat-out refused to fix the major issues. Because they wouldn't honor the warranty, things just snowballed. The dash started glitching, and the truck would completely power down and restart on its own. I brought it back to them multiple times. (Their mechanics are actually nice and tried their best, which is the only positive thing I can say about this place). Then, in December 2025—only a year after I bought the truck—the transmission blew and left me completely stranded on Tonnelle Ave. I had to have it towed to a shop on 1&9 and pay $2,500 out of pocket just to get it temporarily rebuilt. Computers still glitching the power, despite multiple very confused mechanics. Power shut off as I was turning in a drive-thru, causing the steering wheel to lock and scrape the building. On and on... In May of 2026, I went to Leiton (the owner/manager) to ask for help since they sold me a lemon and dodged their own warranty. His response was, "bring it in and we'll get you another one." As in, come buy a SECOND car from us. Absolutely not. Fast forward to yesterday: I just got hit with another estimate for over $8,000 worth of work needed on this truck (estimate attached). Bad catalytic converter, manifolds, tires - and much more. Keep in mind, I barely even drive this thing and don't put any heavy strain on it whatsoever. It is just completely falling apart. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. They don't vet their cars from the auction, they won't stand by their warranties, and they will leave you out thousands of dollars.
