But Danielle, who helped us throughout the process, was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He answered all of our questions carefully and made us feel very comfortable. Alex from the finance department was also amazing. He took the time to explain all the numbers and financing details clearly and thoroughly, which we truly appreciated. The owner, Wally, was also very welcoming and kind, and because of him we felt confident and comfortable purchasing the car from Bavaria. We are so happy that my son’s first car came from Bavaria.
