I had a wonderful experience at Princeton Imports, a car dealership owned by Matt. The quality of their cars is exceptional, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. Matt and his team were knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect car. I appreciated their honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Princeton Imports for anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy car dealership.

Our son bought a sports car here without seeing it last year trusting his dad and Princeton Imports 100%. Did transaction for him with Matt. We searched for a year for this car with low mileage and every option available with an excellent price.Was and still is in perfect condition. Thanks again Princeton Imports for a great purchase.

Matt was great to worth with. No typical car dealer antics like excessive fees or warranties etc. Purchased a great car for a great deal. Breath of fresh air compared to everywhere else I went. He also doesn’t ask for customers to give reviews, so his high reviews are even more impressive knowing a lot of other dealers beg for them. All around great experience !

Matt is knowledgeable and honest and really listened to my concerns as a buyer. He took his time showing me his inventory and made sure that he customized his approach to suit my individual needs. The BMW I bought from him was a fantastic price and was in much better condition than other dealerships that I had been to. I was impressed by his professionalism and large selection of vehicles. I will be returning to him for my next car!

I wouldn’t recommend this dealer. I bought a car (Mazda 6) in January 2025, and the pre-purchase inspection revealed a coolant leak. When I brought it up to Matt, he didn’t comment the issue. Little did I know, it turned out to be a cracked cylinder head! The repair may cost up to $7-8k!!! I’m pretty sure that either Matt and/or the person he bought the car from were already aware of the problem since Mazda had sent an official letter to the owners in November-December 2024 about a customer service program specifically created to address this issue. Furthermore, when I asked Matt if he was open to negotiating the price, he said yes. But after several attempts, he never accepted my price saying “that’s already a great deal based on the Carfax”, which is fine — but if you’re not actually willing to negotiate, why make me go through the hassle? That being said, I constantly felt disrespected by the way Matt was talking to me. The only positive thing was that Matt offered to change the car battery free of charge since he had a spare. Unfortunately, the battery he installed is oversized and doesn’t even fit my car properly, as confirmed in Mazda’s official report. P.S. I have the proof of everything I have stated regarding the car issues.
