I had an outstanding experience with this dealership from start to finish. The entire team was professional, honest, and genuinely focused on customer service rather than sales pressure. There were absolutely no gimmicks, hidden surprises, or pushy tactics — just straightforward communication and a smooth buying process. I purchased an “as-is” vehicle and understood what that meant going in. However, the next day, I noticed a minor issue with the car. Even though they technically didn’t have to, Julien, the sales manager and George, the owner, immediately stepped up, took care of the repair without hesitation, and made sure everything was resolved quickly and professionally. That level of integrity and customer care says a lot about how they do business and about building an excellent customer relationship. It’s rare these days to find a dealer that stands behind their customers the way they do. I truly appreciate their honesty, responsiveness, and commitment to doing the right thing. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience.

I'd honestly give it a strong 3.5 but 4 suffices. I recently bought a 2021 Nissan Versa in December. I had been looking for a replacement car ASAP and got sent this car and thought it was too good to be true for the price. Went to the dealership, car needed new tires BAD, tire alignment and a new key fob battery, but honestly it was in good condition especially considering sitting on a lot throughout the winter. We had purchased this car without reading the reviews, so after purchase I was extra skeptical and observant for any issues and also took any promises they made to us about fixing the car before inspection/giving it to us seriously. They promised new tires and a replacement battery in the key fob. About 3 months later, I love my car. However, I am frequently getting a tire pressure light for the same tire. Hard to tell if it's a leak in the tire, or if it's still reacting from the winter, as I know I am not the only one getting this issue with their car. Also, for the longest my car wouldn't react to the key fob until you pressed it a numerous amount of times, so it's safe to assume they never replaced the battery because once I DID, the car would react instantly and still does, so that's something they dropped the ball on because if it was replaced, they replaced it with an awful battery. I don't normally feel the need to review any place but after reading this place's reviews, I felt it was necessary for people with plans for any future car purchases since there were so many negative ones. I feel as though I got lucky but also they might've tightened up customer service and their practice because at the end of the day, I love my car.

I purchased a 2015 Jeep from this dealer. I checked it out on a Saturday put a deposit on it and scheduled to pick it up the following Saturday. I pulled codes on it and it had a thermostat issue. I asked for it to be taken care of and they said it would be. I asked on Thursday before I was to pick it up to confirm that it was done and they said yes . I asked again when I picked it up and they said it was done. Two days later the check engine comes on for the thermostat. They had done nothing. I contacted them and they said they would take care of it. They never contacted me to resolve the issue. Replacing the thermostat would have cost them less than 100 bucks but they choose to lie to me and the result is this negative review. I gave them fair warning and plenty of time to resolve this but they are car salesmen so I'll leave it at that. Moral of the story get anything you want done prior to buying a vehicle from them in writing on a We Owe form.

Wish I could give them no stars. They were very nice until one month later the engine went on the car. They said it was my fault. I brought a warranty and the warranty place said it was pre existing and i needed to return the car. The had engine sealant on the head gasket. They sold me a car with a bad engine that could have blew up on my son. Smh! Stay away at all cost

I purchased a 2014 Nissan Maxima from this dealership for $7,569 and was told the title would be provided. After nearly two months, I was informed they could not obtain the title and asked me to return the car. When I requested a full refund, they withheld $569 in “document fees” even though the sale could not be completed due to their inability to provide a title. I would strongly advise buyers to be cautious and confirm that a title is available before purchasing. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.
