Bruce was very helpful and had alot of patience with us. Went back and forth for a few weeks. But he would always answer/ returned my calls. Until we finally took the drive out there.
I bought a 2016 Chevy Colorado roughly a month ago. Truck is great and the price was good. I was having problems with the folks at the DMV related to the transfer of title and Bruce talked to them on the phone and set them straight so that I was able to get my plates/registration. I appreciated Bruce's willingness to take the call and handle our friends at the DMV professionally and I would recommend for people to work with Bruce if you are looking for a quality used truck.
First and foremost lovely helpful staff. Delia and Bruce are amazing in finding you the right deals and you never feel pressured into making a decision. They are very patient and professional and truly work with you to come out feeling confident in your investment. They are 100% about the customer and make you feel welcomed. Bruce sold me a 2019 Honda Crv, Just before 24hrs check engine light and every light on the vehicle came on. Call them several times no answer until I told them I was going to go the legal way I got a call back with an excuse of course. I took the vehicle to 2 different locations one said timing chain, the 2nd place said they needed to check everything before they can diagnose the issue. After they checked everything there was a list of things bad with the vehicle. they said the vehicle had old oil, the oil was also low and dirty. That It needed new brake pads all around New rotors too. Air filter Cabin filter Clean screens on the selenoid. I told Bruce and he said bring the car to them, which I did guess what they did to the car? Absolutely nothing other than making me drive 3 hrs and waste my money. Twice because I had to pick up my 15k car that they didn't even change the oil. Don't be fooled by how clean the vehicle is take it to a local shop before buying this people don't care about you after you buy the vehicle. The photo will show what I approved and paid. Just 24hrs after paying 15k
