The most honest review. I purchased my car in January 2026. Worked with my sales man Ray was the EASIEST AND SMOOTHEST car shopping experience ever! He’s very knowledgeable in the vehicles and is very honest when I was going through options, I appreciate that so much. Glad I listened to him and didn’t go with any other option because my car is still driving perfectly just like the day I drove it off the lot! Notable mention Saif made all the paperwork an easy process, and is super friendly as well. The team really took the time to make sure I was happy. Great job everyone!

If I could give them zero stars I would they sold me a piece of junk the car worked well during the test driver but then a week later the car started giving me issues....they sell unreliable vehicles ....beware save your money and go else where. They are scam artists who sell lemons 🍋. Update: one month later my vehicle is no longer drivable the suspension went on the vehicle. After spending 4,500 dollars on the car plus 300 dollars on the new battery plus new brakes and also multiple towing fees I’m out of about 7,000plus dollars. I’m a single mother of five children and now I’m stuck with a vehicle that is no longer drive able and I’m unable to afford the repairs on the car. 1st Choice Motors sucks! Ray and his crew of clowns 🤡 are true con artists. BEWARE! Along with the car having no suspension. There is no heat or ac in the vehicle, the gas reader doesn’t work, no emergency brakes, underneath the car is rusted along with the rims and tires. The tire on the driver side wheel is Stuck on the vehicle so I wasn’t able to get the driver side brakes fixed.

Update* after waiting a week waiting to get the title,when arriving to pick the title up I was approached by the workers being upset with my honest review, so be careful if you have to deal with them and you put up a review not to their liking, leaving the place the engine light comes on and when calling them to see what they would do or explain this , they simple say “we don’t know that will happen” granted it’s a 2009 car but if you’re not properly inspecting the cars to resell you’re just selling people nightmares on wheels, you have to truly check all you can and do longer test drives to see what you’re actually purchasing because they DO NOT CARE AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND WILL SELL you A DREAM IF THEY CAN. *buyer beware* you’ll spend more when dealing with folks like this!! -Unhappy with a car I purchased as is. Tire keeps losing air and of course that wouldn’t happen at the test drive, but three times I put air in the tire, now the liftgate for the trunk isn’t working. I believe I got a bad deal. It’s unfortunate that people would sell you crap, like you have money to just give away. I care for my 96 year old mother and money is very tight, I needed a car to do things for her and to be sold something that I’ll have to scrap is so disheartening and I just hope people like this change their ways because you never know what someone is going through and doing people dirty just for a dollar is inhumane. Pray for me as I look to get something better hopefully this year from saving once again. God be with us. Karma is real
